Ray added the Freon needed to get my Refrigerator's freezer working correctly again. He also found a drainage tube that was bad. It was cheap to replace. The bad part might explain the puddle of water that was in my fridge when I recently cleaned it so I'm glad he fixed that.

Ray did an excellent job repairing my Whirlpool Duet Front Load Washer. It was a complex and curious problem. Ray returned several times with new parts but only charged me for the part that was broken. It was the circuit board that was attached to the motor. What was Whirlpool thinking??

Advised could be control panel or agitator... decided not to pursue because it might be control panel which was quite expensive.

Ray fixed my washing machine a year ago. He did a great job, his charges were very reasonable, and he was personable. I got in touch with him recently to fix my dishwasher. He gave me some information that allowed me to fix it myself. I will definitely call him the next time I have an appliance problem.

Called Ray at 8:20 PM last night, received a call back 5 minutes later. Scheduled a visit to a condo property I own for 12:30 PM today. Ray called at Noon and said he was on time and would be at the property at 12:30 which was the time he arrived. He spent approx 30 minutes diagnosing the problem on the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, and gave a very reasonable price for parts and repair. $500 to replace compressor and copper tubing in and out of compressor; much better than spending $1700 to replace the fridge. Said he'll give me a call as soon as the parts arrive within the next 3-4 days. I asked if he had time to stop by my house to look at my GE Monogram oven door and he did; spent a little more than 30 minutes taking the door apart to tighten the handle, charged me 30 dollars. He just left and it's 1:45PM - less than 18 hours since my initial call to Ray's. Ray is a soft-spoken professional who clearly knows his way around appliances; Will be calling Ray again next time we have appliance issues; will also be recommending him to my friends and family. An excellent experience in terms of service and cost; especially when compared to bigger service companies that charge a ridiculously high service call fee in addition to the hourly rate with serviceman constrained by company policies.

Unfortunately we needed a new dishwasher. Ray did get a new hose but unfortunately it needed more work and it was more cost effective to replace the dishwasher.

Washer broke, went to buy a new one and dryer, Over $2,100. for both with installation. Took a shot with angie's list. Called Ray on Friday, he answered the phone stated he would be out in an hour or so. Came out on time (very unusual for Florida). Then stated he could fix it by Monday /Tuesday for under $200.00 He got the part and fix it like he stated. Perfect job man to his word and work again ( VERY unusual for Melbourne Florida). Would not only use him again but recommend him to ALL my friends. Thanks Angie's list and Ray.

Ray did a great job fixing my washer. I am certain Sears would have charged me far more and pressured me to replace the pump, while Ray got it running great without replacing the pump.

I feel very fortunate to have come across Ray. After being told by a large franchise repair service that I needed a new compressor that would cost $800, I contacted Ray who quickly and properly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a total cost of $128.
