Description of Work: We had an issue with ants getting into the softener outside and the man from R&S came quickly and was able to efficiently find out what was wrong. The repair was performed in minimal time. We have had R&S performing repairs for us for years and they are always prompt and helpful.

Description of Work: Installed a soft water system - R&S provided professional installation in a timely manner and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. We were very impressed with the knowledge exemplified by the staff. We highly recommend R&S and plan to have them update our sprinkler system next year.

Description of Work: We ordered a system from them and approximately 3 to 6 months later it broke, it happened on a Friday night and flooded the garage and we were unable to use water. I called them and they have no emergency service so I had to call someone else to come fix it so we'd have water for the weekend. When I called them Monday morning, Jessica informed me in a nasty tone that our warranty was now void. I wrote a certified letter to the president of the company and never heard anything. When I got the certified receipt back, Jessica had signed for it so either the president never got it or he didn't care enough to reply.
