They installed a 2-stage heat pump and wired it up as a single stage system. I texted owner to say they wired it up incorrectly, no response. A few days later I called and he acted like he didn't know me and would look into it and get back to me and never did. A few more days past and he was now screening calls and I left a message and he never replied. A few days had passed and I left him a negative google review and he in turn provided a company email address. I wrote him an email about the problem and he never responded. Super nice and helpful until paid, then he won't honor any warranty or his work. Don't fall for the act. He exhibits completely unprofessional behavior and is violating the state licensing laws regarding giving a 1 year warranty for any contractor work. He is not accredited with the BBB in spite of what he shows on his website.

I am extremely frustrated with this company at this point. I have used this company multiple times and never had a problem until now. Our AC that this company installed about 15 months back is now broken. I was offered 10 years labor warranty and so I have been trying to get in touch with them but my phone calls and text messages are not answered. I tried calling on a different phone and this time Abel, the owner answered the call but hung up immediately after he recognized my voice. I have no idea why I am being avoided.

Victor was outstanding from beginning to end. Since he didn't have the necessary part in his vehicle because it was special order, he quickly went to the nearest supplier, bought what he required, and returned to fix my air conditioner. As a result, my house is finally starting to cool down. Victor will finally allow us to rest after three days of suffering! Once again, thank you for everything you did. You were such a kind guy. I hope your employer knows how lucky they are to have you as an employee!

They misdiagnosed my AC problem, then refused to contact me. They responded to my Google review with an offer to refund me the service call charge. When I accepted the offer, they went back on their word and didnâ t honor their offer. Dishonest customer service and inept technical staff. Avoid.

I have always had good experiences with this company. Back at the end of august i was moving into central fl and when i came to do a walkthru of my new house the AC unit was not working right. Even though it was a Sunday, Premier Heating and Cooling had someone at my home within an hour and installed a new AC unit the next morning. Yesterday i turned my heat on for the first time and the whole unit shut off. I called this morning and they had Joe a senior AC tech before 9am. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was kind, polite, professional,. and did great work! If you ever need ac repair in Palm Bay call this guys.

The technician visited our home in response to my request for an evaluation installing a new AC System. The entire process from initial contact to a finished operating system was a pleasure. The ladies at the office handling phone calls and coordinating with Palm Bay Building Department inspections were outstanding, friendly, and informative. They completed the installation in one day with little invasion to my landscape. If you can utilize any service or products from this company I would highly recommend them without question.

From what I can tell, this is the only AC service company that has staff smart enough to do ductless AC. None of the mom&pop shops in my area would even consider ductless. Shame as itâ s far more convenient, better value, and less maintenance. Plus, if a unit goes down, itâ s just one room. (Ductless compressors are far more dependable than they were a decade past.) One call and Premier was out, typically the same or next day. The staff were well spoken, savy in diagnosing the problem, and courteous in their treatment of the house and occupants.
