They installed a 2-stage heat pump and wired it up as a single stage system. I texted owner to say they wired it up incorrectly, no response. A few days later I called and he acted like he didn't know me and would look into it and get back to me and never did. A few more days past and he was now screening calls and I left a message and he never replied. A few days had passed and I left him a negative google review and he in turn provided a company email address. I wrote him an email about the problem and he never responded. Super nice and helpful until paid, then he won't honor any warranty or his work. Don't fall for the act. He exhibits completely unprofessional behavior and is violating the state licensing laws regarding giving a 1 year warranty for any contractor work. He is not accredited with the BBB in spite of what he shows on his website.

I am extremely frustrated with this company at this point. I have used this company multiple times and never had a problem until now. Our AC that this company installed about 15 months back is now broken. I was offered 10 years labor warranty and so I have been trying to get in touch with them but my phone calls and text messages are not answered. I tried calling on a different phone and this time Abel, the owner answered the call but hung up immediately after he recognized my voice. I have no idea why I am being avoided.
