+ -1 moreIt went well. The owner was encouraging and professional. His price was modest. His painters showed up as scheduled, did the work, stopped when it was going to rain, returned as scheduled, and finished the job. Owner, Frank, returned to examine the job. Only then did he expect to be paid. I called him once more to ask for his advice about the job. He returned the call within 24 hours, gave the advice I needed.
Description of Work: Painting a gazebo, which is a difficult, fussy job.

+ -1 moreExcellent! From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, Frank was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job. His attention to detail was great and he ensured the work was done right. He was careful not to damage plants around the house with the exterior painting and did a great job inside, ensuring everything was well covered as the ceiling and walls were being painted. We have nothing but praise for his work and integrity! His employees were all very nice, were on-time and were professional. It is always good when you are able to find a contractor of Frank's caliber and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: On the interior, the ceiling, den, living room, dining room, laundry room and foyer were all painted. Minor sheet rock repairs were also made. The exterior was cleaned and painted. Driveway and sidewalk were also pressure washed.
