 + -1 moreI walked into the Palm Bay National on a week day and found the agent working up front to help walk in's that day. I told her what I wanted, she printed out several properties, we went over the area's, interior photos and I made an appointment with her to see several later that day. We found 2 homes, made offers on both of them, and 1 was accepted. Judy was there though the inspections, walk though's and made sure she covered all the bases for any issues that may come up prior to closing. It went quick and easy.
Description of Work: I used National Realty to purchase several investment properties last year. The office was extremely professional and helpful, and my agent Judy worked tirelessly to find the right rental properties that required only minimum amounts of repairs. Judy knew exactly what I was looking for. I use National and Judy today and have purchased several more homes from her. I will continue to use Judy and National Realty and send my friends and colleagues to her.
