house cleaning
+ -1 moremichelle was supposed to come on saturday she called and said she could not come saturday if she could come sunday i agreed.i also told her i had to work.she came at 9am.told her what to do and i left i came back at 12.30 and she said she was almost done.i was shock then i moved the dogs cage and it was just as itwas all the dog hair and dust.she did not wipe the glass tables with water or any cleaners a duster.i told her to use my mop and ammonia in the water for the floor.i had to mop the floor after she left it was sticky.she did not use the floor polish on the wood floor like i asked her too,the polish mop was as dry as a bone.i told her what i expected from her and told her i will give her another chance and she came tuesday as we planned. i told her i was not satisfied with her cleaning and i got a survey to fill out,she called her husband to pick her up and she left i opened my door and handed her ,her holder with 2 bottles of cleaners and a dry clothe.
Description of Work: total housecleaning does not dust the furnitures with any thing a dry duster .did not move anything to vacuum.didnot do anything to please me and i had others[that i told her why i let them go] i had to mop the floor after she left.i had a spill on the side table and it was sticky after she said she cleaned.in my opinion this person does not know how to clean.everyone who came to clean brought there own supplies and mop she brought a duster and a clothe to mop the floor with out water . wheni told her i had a survey to fill out from you she left.i told her i was not happy with the cleaning she did.she also requested to be paid in cash. no i will not recomend her to anyone. .

Description of Work: I was told the charge for the first time was higher because she had a lot to do and needed to get my house in order and familiarize herself with everything in my home.
