Maria Susana Cleaning Services

I contacted Maria Susana on a Monday about getting a quote for bi-monthly cleaning services. She told me she’d be out that week. The week came and went with no visit, no phone call, no text. I texted her on Saturday and asked to set something up. She texted me she’d stop by on Tuesday, after 5. She never showed up, did not call, did not text. I consider this very unprofessional and I will never use her services.

The ladies arrive promptly and clean the windows, roll up the rugs and clean under them and move things to ensure that they clean underneath them. When they're finished, everything is sparkly clean and smells wonderful! I highly recommend this company!

Great work! If I could give her 10 stars I would Windows were cleaned and high ledges dusted, in addition to the usual room cleaning that was thoroughly done.. Maria is very professional, arrived on time and everyone went right to work. There were several workers so the job went quickly. I will definitely hire again. One of those companies you refer to your friends.

Maria and her crew did a fantastic job! Very thorough while cleaning and did not miss a step! Very kind woman and responsive while communicating! The house sparkled and smelled wonderful when she left.

They are professional as a team and have my home cleaned and sanitized in 2 hours.

We have 2 big dogs and they shed a lot. They took it all in stride as they scrubbed and cleaned, they lifted and moved all the furniture to make sure everything was touched. They even emptied the trash and cleaned all of the trash cans.... wasn't expecting that. They are very professional, prompt, and polite. They were there (between the 2 houses) for almost 6 hours and when it came time for them to eat lunch they wanted to stay outside in the 90 degree weather with no shade because they didn't feel right staying inside.... we finally forced them to come sit inside and eat.

She come on time and do a excellent job.

Maria Susana came out to our house and provided us with an estimate. Her and her Team do a great and very thorough cleaning of our whole house, including washing the windows inside and out and dusting the ceiling fans.

Last minute guest warranted a cleanup. Maria came to check out the job on Sunday afternoon. 2 lovely ladies came the following day. And did an excellent job.

They arrived at the early end of the scheduled window and were there about 3 hours. If I could give them an A++++++ I would! I definitely recommend them!!!

I have had many house cleaners over the years, and Maria is definitely the most thorough service that I have ever had. The team moves and dusts everything. They wash all the glass, squeaky clean. (Literally, they use squeegees.) Each team member has their own bucket of supplies and their own step ladder. No tall places are out of reach.

Maria Susana and crew really deserve the A ratings that they have on here. 4 women came from Palm Bay to my home in Rockledge, and spent 3.5 hours cleaning. They vacuumed the rugs, moved the rugs and cleaned under them, and were in general extremely thorough, moving furniture, dusting ceiling fans, etc. They got down to business immediately and did not mess around with doing an extremely thorough, efficient, and professional job.

The best I've ever had. My home is the cleanest it's ever been, arrived promptly, worked behind the time quoted to ensure the job was done properly.

She and her team are wonderful. Came out to the house and gave us a quote. We were having company soon, so she rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. She called 2 days prior to confirm, showed up on time, and my wife and I are thoroughly impressed

Maria and her girls are wonderful. She initially stopped by to give an estimate and for me to let her know what I wanted completed. We agreed on price and schedule. After a scheduling snafu on my own part, she came by as agreed. She texted with me also which was great because then I could answer when I had my calendar and papers ready. Those girls came through with glowing results! They cleaned my blinds for me that I didn't think could be cleaned for all the gunk on them, got the grime out of the bathrooms, cleaned out drawers and cabinets and even the doors themselves. As soon as we get more settled in, I plan to use her monthly.

Maria Susana Cleaning Service came to our house to clean for the first time a couple weeks ago.The owner came by our house a week or two earlier to scope things out, and give us a price quote and understand how much time she would need to spend and make staffing decisions. I anticipated being there during the first visit, but I was unable to. The owner was very excited for me to get home later that afternoon and check out the work she and her crew had done and ensure I was satisfied. We were very happy with the level of service and attention to detail we received. We will definitely be moving forward with Maria Susana Cleaning Service as our regular cleaning service from here forward.

Wonderful! We hired Maria's team after purchasing our home and needing a deep cleaning completed. She came to our house the day before to do a walk-through and give us an estimate. I appreciated that they didn't have blanket pricing and actually assess each situation on a case by case basis. They will clean only what you want/need, so you can lower your price if certain areas of the home aren't necessary. I'm hiring them again to come do a deep cleaning after we completed a contradiction project. I texted 1:1 with Maria and was able to tell her exactly where/when I needed services. She is very responsive and professional.

I have used this team for over a year on a monthly basis. They are fantastic! They arrive with their own tools and supplies. They come in and get right to work. Besides the general cleaning, they do extras such as window sills, sliding doors, chandelier, fans. If asked, they will give attention to other things, such as wiping down porch furniture or extra attention to doors etc. I stayed at the house for their first several visits but because of the way they work, it seemed that where ever I went I was in somebody's way. Now I leave the house when they come. I trust them completely. It is wonderful to arrive home to a clean, fresh smelling house and know that they have taken care of everything.

If you think you have had a professional cleaning, you will think again after Maria Susana and her crew attack your home. We used Angies List to find a new cleaning service. I have to be honest. We have had two previous cleaning folks that we felt were very good. When my gut said "you can do better", I reluctantly utilized Angies List. Maria Susana came up as highly recommended and I am here to tell you that "They are Marvelous"! They cleaned like no other! The house sparkles and smells great! We will use them every two weeks from now on. The minute I met her, I knew I had met a woman who knew what cleaning was all about. Believe me! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Maria and her crew have cleaned my house every other week for approximately one year, and she recently started cleaning my husband's professional office once a month. She is prompt and very thorough, responds to special requests or notes, and flexible. I have recommended her to others without reservation.
