Please also read my reviews from previous customers under the HomeAdvisor web site. 1. $85.00 Dryer Vent Cleaning for one story house, $95.00 for two story house plus parts if you need them, this will help energy cost and will prevent a fire. 2. $20.00 per vent. NOW $17.00 Just count how many vents 3. $200.00 to clean the Air Handler the heart of the system that will give you better energy cost and longer life to the unit. Will clean if needed. 4. $85.00 to Sanitize the entire system with Concrobium Mold Control. It is an antimicrobial solution that is fragrance free and 100% biodegradable with no VOC's. You can find more information at www.concrobium.com. This is a very safe product used in hospitals. First I do a pre-inspection of the residence with a camera that goes inside the Air Duct System, Air Handler and the Dryer Vent. At that time the customers can see how good or bad the system is. The equipment that I use is the Rotobrush System ( WWW.Rotobrush.com ) The Rotobrush brushes and vacuum the system at the same time that way everything is out and clean. We take out all the registers / vents and wash them. We cover everything and lay down tarps before we clean each air vent. The last thing we do is Sanitize the System. The whole process takes about (4) four to (5) hours. I only do (1) house a day because when I go there I don't like to rush trying to go to another house. I'm dedicated to your house for that day. Me. Lopez visited our new home and very efficiently discussed his service and recommendations. His pricing was published and had no hidden charges. Upon accepting the proposal, he was prompt with his crew. The team worked hard and cleaned 17 vents and associated ducts, the air handler, dryer vent, and a few other things. He was at the house for over 5 hours. Mr Lopez showed the results to all his work, left the house clean, and accepted payment. I would not hesitate to recommend this hard working and honest company

Mr. Lopez and his assistant arrived on time and were very professional and helpful.  They took care to keep the carpet clean, did a very thorough job of removing the mold in the ducts (which had been cleaned by another firm for $1700 only a year before!), explained each and every step, and was very reasonable in his rates.  
We would most definitely hire Mr. Lopez again, and we highly recommend him.

Mr. Lopez is very professional and courteous. He explained all the steps for the service he would do in our house. He gave us an estimate on how long it would take. (It took 3.5 hrs - lots of air ducts). He arrived on time with a co-worker. First they removed all the covers from the airducts, cleaned and dried them outside. Then they went through every room and cleaned the airducts using the Rotobrush System equipment. Here they were careful and either removed or covered the surrounding furniture. During the service I had a couple of questions that Mr. Lopez answered. He even gave us some tips to better maintain the air condition and improve the air quality.

After purchasing the half off cleaning service that Mr. Lopez offered on Angie's List, I heard from almost immediately. He worked with me to find the first available date that would work for us and it just so happened that he had a last minute opening and was able to perform our cleaning two days after purchasing. Mr. Lopez arrived on time and presented his card. He introduced his two workers to us and we went over the details of the job that he was to do. I had more vents/returns that were offered with the special, so we tallied those up before the work started. I told him that I wanted my air handler and driver vent cleaned as well. He was upfront with the costs of those additional services. Mr. Lopez and his crew worked diligently and were extremely professional. I was most impressed with the care that they took to protect our belongings while doing this job. He also gave us tips on how to maintain our vents and how often we should perform periodic cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the job that that Mr. Lopez performed and would not hesitate to utilize his services again!

When one servicer wouldn't do the job because we have a tile roof and another servicer didn't return a call, I saw Mr. Lopez's van drive by and stop at a nearby home.  The ad on the van mentioned dryer vent cleaning. 
When he was done at the neighbor's home, late on Friday PM, Mr. Lopez and his assistant, Thomas, came right over.  He immediately found the source of the slow-drying problem and corrected it in about an hour.  He also noted and corrected improperly installed connections on the dryer and washer at no extra cost!  BTW, Mr. Lopez is retired from the Navy and has years of experience in appliance repair.
They cleaned the lint from the floor, put the appliances back in place and charged a very reasonable price.  These are friendly, professional people and they have my highest recommendation.  THIS IS DEFINITELY THE COMPANY TO USE!

It went well. Mr. Lopez was very professional; he was on time, introduced himself and presented his card. He made two visits, one to review the extent of the problem and on the second visit, he did the work. He showed me the problems in the air handler and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he advised me of what air handler maintenance should consist of. I've been having my air conditioner maintained on an annual basis and they never went past a couple of basic check of the air handler and a quick visit to the air conditioner on the roof and he was finished. Mr. Lopez cleaned the motor parts, cleaned coils and showed me the mold left on the walls of the air handler that had been completely missed by previous services. He also went out of his way to recommend some viable solutions for another problem; which is a reason why I might be smelling cigarette smoke in my condo when I don't smoke.

I hired this guy based on his 5 star ratings.   DO NOT get this guy to clean your ducts.  He is inexperienced and clearly doesnt know what he is doing.  I was left with dust all over my house and clothes.    If you want your ducts cleaned get a REPUTABLE A/C COMPANY.  Its worth it to pay a little more  and have the job done right!.  I should not have been left with clean up work to do.  I have respitory problems.. and HAD TO PAY MONEY TO STAY IN A HOTEL DUE TO THE DUST.
