Alfredo and his technician did an awesome job with our duct cleaning. They showed up right on the scheduled time and were extremely professional. Recently, my wife and I decided to search for a reliable company to clean our HVAC ductwork and dryer vent. After much research we called Lopez Air Duct / Dryer Vent Cleaning & Insulation. As it turns out, we found this awesome locally Veteran owned company a great service at a very reasonable cost. Alfredo Lopez (Retired Navy) is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and dryers. Alfredo offered many tips on the HVAC and Dryer during the service. He is tedious in his work, along with his son-in-law, Ricardo. Both are “true” professionals demonstrating a positive “can do” attitude. The cleaning process from beginning to end was performed in a systematic, organized fashion. Their teamwork ensured all areas of the systems were thoroughly clean and sparkling before completion. As a result, it was obvious the ductwork was renewed and pristine through the freshness of the air. Prior to cleaning, Alfredo and Ricardo inspected and noted areas where mold and mildew were a health hazard. Overall, from the initial contact to the finished product I am totally overwhelmed on how this company delivered! While this company’s reviews are 5 Star, it should be more like 10 Star! I highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire this Retired Navy owned company again!

We were very happy with the work that was done and the house smells so much better! Alfredo and his helper kept everything very clean and were punctual. My only issue is that they used black screws on our white duct covers so I had to remove all those screws and replace with white ones. He did offer to come back and do it himself, but we had a time crunch to get house completed and on the market. Perhaps Alfredo will consider having two colors of screws to match the vent color.

Mr. Lopez came to our home for a on-site evaluation of our a/c, air ducts, and dryer. He disassembled items to assure he understood the extent of the effort required and then offered an estimate to clean and sanitize our air handling systems. On the day of service, Mr Lopez and his assistant arrived on time and worked diligently for almost five hours. They performed the required tasks, while protecting our furnishings, and left our home clean with no evidence that all of our vents, registers and a/c were opened and worked upon. Mr. Lopez is a fair and honest man and performs as promised.

He arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. Before he cleaned the vent it was taking nearly two hours to dry a load. Now it takes 40 minutes.

Alfredo Lopez is the owner and did a great job. Service is a little more difficult than it sounds because dryer is vented up through the roof so he had to climb up on the roof to do it. He is really good and I was really pleased with the quality of his work. He was quick.

Me. Lopez visited our new home and very efficiently discussed his service and recommendations. His pricing was published and had no hidden charges. Upon accepting the proposal, he was prompt with his crew. The team worked hard and cleaned 17 vents and associated ducts, the air handler, dryer vent, and a few other things. He was at the house for over 5 hours. Mr Lopez showed the results to all his work, left the house clean, and accepted payment. I would not hesitate to recommend this hard working and honest company

Mr. Lopez and his assistant arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. They took care to keep the carpet clean, did a very thorough job of removing the mold in the ducts (which had been cleaned by another firm for $1700 only a year before!), explained each and every step, and was very reasonable in his rates. We would most definitely hire Mr. Lopez again, and we highly recommend him.

Every thing went really well he came on time, explain us what was the job to be done and how we can improve the efficiency of the system.

Mr. Lopez is very professional and courteous. He explained all the steps for the service he would do in our house. He gave us an estimate on how long it would take. (It took 3.5 hrs - lots of air ducts). He arrived on time with a co-worker. First they removed all the covers from the airducts, cleaned and dried them outside. Then they went through every room and cleaned the airducts using the Rotobrush System equipment. Here they were careful and either removed or covered the surrounding furniture. During the service I had a couple of questions that Mr. Lopez answered. He even gave us some tips to better maintain the air condition and improve the air quality.

After purchasing the half off cleaning service that Mr. Lopez offered on Angie's List, I heard from almost immediately. He worked with me to find the first available date that would work for us and it just so happened that he had a last minute opening and was able to perform our cleaning two days after purchasing. Mr. Lopez arrived on time and presented his card. He introduced his two workers to us and we went over the details of the job that he was to do. I had more vents/returns that were offered with the special, so we tallied those up before the work started. I told him that I wanted my air handler and driver vent cleaned as well. He was upfront with the costs of those additional services. Mr. Lopez and his crew worked diligently and were extremely professional. I was most impressed with the care that they took to protect our belongings while doing this job. He also gave us tips on how to maintain our vents and how often we should perform periodic cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the job that that Mr. Lopez performed and would not hesitate to utilize his services again!

When one servicer wouldn't do the job because we have a tile roof and another servicer didn't return a call, I saw Mr. Lopez's van drive by and stop at a nearby home. The ad on the van mentioned dryer vent cleaning. When he was done at the neighbor's home, late on Friday PM, Mr. Lopez and his assistant, Thomas, came right over. He immediately found the source of the slow-drying problem and corrected it in about an hour. He also noted and corrected improperly installed connections on the dryer and washer at no extra cost! BTW, Mr. Lopez is retired from the Navy and has years of experience in appliance repair. They cleaned the lint from the floor, put the appliances back in place and charged a very reasonable price. These are friendly, professional people and they have my highest recommendation. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE COMPANY TO USE!

It went well. Mr. Lopez was very professional; he was on time, introduced himself and presented his card. He made two visits, one to review the extent of the problem and on the second visit, he did the work. He showed me the problems in the air handler and explained what needed to be done. In addition, he advised me of what air handler maintenance should consist of. I've been having my air conditioner maintained on an annual basis and they never went past a couple of basic check of the air handler and a quick visit to the air conditioner on the roof and he was finished. Mr. Lopez cleaned the motor parts, cleaned coils and showed me the mold left on the walls of the air handler that had been completely missed by previous services. He also went out of his way to recommend some viable solutions for another problem; which is a reason why I might be smelling cigarette smoke in my condo when I don't smoke.

I hired this guy based on his 5 star ratings. DO NOT get this guy to clean your ducts. He is inexperienced and clearly doesnt know what he is doing. I was left with dust all over my house and clothes. If you want your ducts cleaned get a REPUTABLE A/C COMPANY. Its worth it to pay a little more and have the job done right!. I should not have been left with clean up work to do. I have respitory problems.. and HAD TO PAY MONEY TO STAY IN A HOTEL DUE TO THE DUST.

Mr. Lopez was fast to respond to my phone call and was on time and professional from start to finish. He worked with another guy and both were couteous and mindful of my home and belongings.
