+ -1 moreI happened upon the president of this company, (Ken Williams), at Home Depot. We got to talking and I told him about my horrible experience with another company who did nothing and took my money. He agreed to come over and give me an estimate at no charge. A few days later he came over and inspected everything. He even checked the attic! No one has ever done that! Then he explained everything he would be doing and why. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to listen to my concernes due to my previous negative experience. About a week later we decided on a day and time. This past Thursday two very nice men showed up on time and preformed all the work in a timely manner. They were very courteous and efficient. When they were done I had nothing to do. They cleaned up all the mess they made! I used to have to dust every 2 days. Its been 3 days and not a speck of dust anywhere! Now, I know my ducts were cleaned! Over all, it was a wonderful experience! If you ever need this type of work done, I recommend that you not even bother calling anyone else. It would be a waste of time.
Description of Work: All the duct work was cleaned and sanitized. The return air grill was replaced. The flex duct and line stand at the Air Handler was replaced and the refridgerant lines were isolated. The coil was pulled deep cleaned and reassembled. All 11 vents were coated with sealant and all the grills replaced.
