Description of Work: Getting them out to quote and start was quick. Had a few spots that needed retouched and that took a few days to get arranged, but still quicker than other companies. Any issues were made right the first time. Got good service for a good price.

Description of Work: I contacted Joseph Stevens and Sons and spoke with Joseph. He was very pleasant over phone and told me that they do nothing but remove popcorn ceilings which was why I contacted them.. He informed me that his son would call me. I waited for the call that did not come. I called again couple of days later and spoke to a lady; I was told I would get a call. I did get a call back and set up an appointment for the following day. I waited and waited: no one called, no one showed up... I contacted another company from Angie's List and got the job done that week, the week of August 12th. If I waited for Joseph Stevens and Sons, I would still be waiting on September 27, 2013

Description of Work: Called for estimate on drywall repair after storm. Everyone elses estimat was between $75 and $95.. This companies estimate was well over $2000. Of course I did not use them.

Description of Work: Ihad a water stain on popcorn ceiling about 4 foot square and peeling around my AC vent on the popcorn ceiling in the dining room. The men that Joseph Stevens sent did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves you would never know I had the ceiling repaired, they even matched the color of the paint since the ceilings were painted 14 years ago, I was afraid I would have had a big white patch thank goodness it looks great. I thought the price was also excellet. I would hire them again for sure.
