 + -1 moreThe guys were great, the sales rep was straight forward, friendly, and cared about answering are questions. The installers were just as good and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with how everything was installed. They showed us tricks to put up the shutters with ease.

 + -1 moreA big factor was getting this all done before hurricane season 6/1. Everyone else said no guarantees, 12-14 week delays. HSP manufactures their own panels, and has a relationship with the company that makes the accordians. They gave their word and sure enough 6/1 it was installed. The crew was professional & efficient, used quality hardware. The price was competitive beating the other bids.
Description of Work: Got bids for home installation of hurricane shutters (combination of panels and accordians). Needed expert advice on materials and types and installation. Mike Taylor came out and was very professional. I interviewed 4 other companies, not including the 3 who never came out! Mike was responsive and on the ball.
