Lorenz and his son, RJ, performed exceptional work for us on two occations. We interviewed Lorenz among other handymen, and his professionalism lead to us hiring him to do several difficult jobs at a rental property we had recently purchased. He is punctual, professional, highly organized and a real thinker. When faced with difficult handyman problems, he found ways to resolve our issues that went above and beyond anything anyone else would have done. For example, when we found out that our older property screens were discontinued, Lorenz built a new screen door track so that we could use locally available screens to work. He is pleasant to work with, honest, and leaves an immaculate work space. I would recommend him and his son, RJ, without reservation and have used them again. I especially love that he updates us on his progress daily and provides detailed receipts. He is a bit of a perfectionist, which is refreshing among handymen, and takes pride in his work. Lorenz's son, RJ, is also a joy to work with as well. I felt very safe with them in my home as well and trusted them enough to give them a key. Nice people who do honest and excellent work.

Perfect. Fast. A great value for what we needed done..

The woodwork is exacting and turned out very well. He re-used the 30 year old baseboard and trimmed it to fit the need. Finish was also excellent with all nail holes, seams, and joints caulked in. The transition strip took more work than I thought but is now securely fastened with screws into dowels drilled into the concrete floor. If I had done it I would have used concrete nails and ended up fixing it again soon. Further, the pair helped me replace furniture in two rooms that had been moved for the tile job. It could not be moved back until his work was complete. They cleaned everything up and asked several times if I was satisfied and if they could do anything else. After a quick quote for some painting they are returning soon to take on another job I don't have time for. Lorenz will also fix a broken tile at a threshold that the tile installer did not finish. In all fairness, that repair was not related to the tile work performed, but an old break that needed repair. Just the same, when one guy did not want to take it on Lorenz rose to the task with confidence. I would recommend Hansen Repair Services, LLC to anyone.

Lorenz Hansen is a meticulous worker. When he painted, he did an excellent job of taping our rounded corners. The grout looks great. He always cleans up after he is finished. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Hansen has done consistently excellent work on the many projects he has done for us. In particular, on those projects requiring woodwork, he did professional level skilled carpentry. Mr. Hansen is reliable and interacts in a professional, yet friendly manner. We find him to be honest and fair.
