I couldn't ask for a better job. Ed explained everything he was going to do before starting the work. He even let me listen with the equipment when they were locating the leak. After the leak was repaired, Ed showed me a dial on the water meter was no longer turning; indicating the leak was repaired and there were no other leaks. That gave me confidence in their work and a comfort in the rest of the plumbing. Very professional work and after watching the whole process, I consider the amount charged was a bargain.

These guys were top notch. When I made the initial call they answered right away and said they could be at my residence within the hour. I personally work in hospitality for a living and this is huge in my book. Both father and son were also very personable as they interacted with my 5 year old son on his level. It's rare that you find quality workmanship and service like GPS Plumbing provides. I recommend this company very highly.

They were Great! Explained everything to me and tested the system to make sure the elements were working. They came out almost immediately. It is not very often that a company will come out and perform a system check and not charge for their visit. I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs

Ed and Ryan came to my rescue when my electric hot water heater finally failed. I had already purchased a new water heater because the original one had some corrosion and wire connection problems that were temporarily repaired. I was waiting for cooler weather before having the new one installed. When my water heater failed again and couldn't be easily repaired, GPS Plumbing came out and installed the new one within 2 hours after I called. The installation was performed perfectly. Ed and Ryan are a father and son team who work together very well.

We had some plumbing issues and checked out angies list for reviews. We decided on GPS plumbing after reading reviews from several plumbers on the list. We called at 9am that morning and to our surprise we were told they were just leaving a job and could be out within the hour. They actually had to wait for us because we had not decided on the type of new faucet we wanted to have installed and had to go and buy it. This is a wonderful father/son team. They were extremely pleasant and professional and everything was installed with perfection. We will definately use them in the future and highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

This father and son team are fantastic. They were prompt, spent time locating the leak and then jack hammered and fixed the leak and filled the hole and cemented it and everything was like new. There was a minimal amount of disturbance. As they progressed they took the time to show us what they were doing, showed us the leak and the pipe and repaired everything. Would have no hesitation recommending them and using them again.

Contacted GPS plumbing by phone. Explained the problem and they said it sounded like a pipe leaking under the slab of my house. I scheduled an appointment for the next work day. The appointment was for 9:00 am and they called on their way there and were on time. My house was built in beachside in 1961 and has the original pipes. They explained to me about a pipes leaking under the slab, how they would fix it and their guarantee on the repair. If the repair required the slab to be cut thru, to get to the leak, then they would fix the slab but I would need to get someone else to fix the flooring. They located the leak, in the second bathroom, and it was under the slab. I was very happy they found a way to repair the leak without tearing up the slab or floor, which is tiled. The work was done in less than 3 hours and they were very professional and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They also gave me options on the repair and the pluses and minuses of each option then let me decide which option to go with. It was appreciated. I was extremely happy with their work I scheduled them to come and fix another plumbing problem I was having.

I had GPS Plumbing out to fix another problem and asked about fixing the leaky bathtub faucet. They looked at the faucet and it was original to the house, which was built in 1961 beachside. He recommended replacing the complete bathtub faucet fixture with a new modern type fixture. My concerns was the new fixture would not cover all the holes in the tile and I would need to have some tile work done. He said that the fixture, he was using, had a back plate that would cover the holes and look nice. This is the second job that GPS has done for me and again they called the night before they came to confirm our 9:00 AM appointment and they were on time. They were done with the job in about 1-1/2 hours, I was impressed because the plumbing, in that part of the house, is original and looked rough but they did a very good job putting in the new valve. The new fixture looks great and works great.

He assesed the problem a week before, told me if I would call Moen that they would more than likely send me the parts I would need (at no cost). They did and I called GPS when the parts arrived and they made an appointment to repair my faucet. Everything went well and they were very courteous and respectful, and the price was good too. Will be calling them for any future plumbling needs and problems.

The plumber and his son both came. They reviewed my toilet and only recommended thatg I consider a new toilet rather than reinstall the existing one. They were very professional and helpful. They came early and quickly fixed my sink drain. I would be very happy to use them again.

Friday late in the evening called GPS Plumbing about a hose bib that was leaking water. The very next day Ed was there on time to take care of the problem. Price was also reasonable. Everything that he needed to get the job done he had in his truck. No going back to the shop for parts. He also educate me on the main water valve very important to know. Great person highly recommend. Will use in the future if needed.

They were fantastic. I had a really good friend of mine who is elderly, and immobile, and had major plumbing problems, and I had no idea who I would call. I found them through Angie's List, and called them up, and he went and helped my buddy. Which was very good. He was right on target, and he did not overcharge me. He was an hour and half away from my buddy, and so he almost said no, but when I told him that story, he went there with his son and did it. I talked to him over the phone, and he was fantastic.

Ed and son arrived ahead of estimated time, which was appreciated because we'd been without the washing machine for four days. They fully explained what needed to be done and accomplished the work quickly. I'm very happy with the result and their professional throughout.

They were punctual, courteous, and professional. I had bought the $39.00 package through Angie's List and there was no additional charge. I would call BPS again for whatever plumbing problems I might have. They are truly trustworthy.

GPS staff responded quickly and scheduled an appointment the same day as I contacted them. They kept me appraised of their status and approximate arrival time. When they arrived, they were very friendly, professional. You could tell they took pride in their work and reputation by the way they maintained their vehicles and equipment, as well as their personal appearance. Not to mention they were friendly and took extra time to speak to me as a person. They performed a quick but thorough assessment of the problem (drain issue). They provided me with exactly what I was looking for. I rarely call for contractors help, but I do know that if I have plumbing needs in the future, GPS will be the company that I contact. I highly recommend them!

Most of the time was spent monitoring with a listening device while the suspect line had compressed air injected into one of the washing machine supply lines. The intent is once the exact location is confirmed, tile damage can be limited to one tile. First a hole is drilled through the grout and a tube inserted to see if it comes up wet. First attempt did not so no another spot is tried since the listening device gets close but not exact. Second drill revealed a soaked tube and it was obvious this is the location. A tile was jack hammered and the soil removed to reveal the copper tube with the hole, but it was necessesary to break another tile to do the repair. After the repair, a second area was found to have a very small leak next to the repair. It was also repaired with no additional charge. Very happy with the result. Though I can do most of my own plumbing, this one was over my head and will call them first in the future.
