Keith, the owner/operator of Fresh Heat and Air is a cut above the rest. He is indeed a man of integrity and has a great work ethic. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. Unfortunately, when all was said and done, I couldn't hire him to replace my AC, but that doesn't take away from the great impression he made. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wanted to replace, repair, upgrade their HVAC system.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. Our AC was acting up so we got on Angie's list. Fresh air and heat Inc. Called us back within ten minutes wanting to come fix the problem. Keith, our service tech was very prompt and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Fixed the problem right away. Great price too!

Keith (the owner) contacted me right away and came by the house later that day. He explained the situation clearly and gave me several options to repair or replace. I chose replacement, the unit was ordered later that day and installed 2 business days later. The work was professional with improvements to the old installation. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use Fresh Air & Heat in the future and could not recommend them more highly.

Fresh air and heat installed a new AC in my home and I must say I haven’t seen a more professional company in a very long time. Keith took care of every detail from the initial quote to the final install. Keith (and Chris) was thorough and very professional. They were on time, the install went exactly as he planned / promised and when they left there wasn’t a single thing that needed to be reworked and the cleanup was spotless. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend this company. Fresh Air & Heat is a prime example of how a service company should be run.

Everything went exceptionally well. Highly recommend! Prompt and very friendly, had the AC diagnosed in a few minutes, and performed all work in a short amount of time. We'll be calling him again for any future issues!
