Everyone at Florida Retrofits was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

They showed up on time, were very pleasant in their attitude. Answered all questions. Cleaned up all of their mess and did a great job.

They were great. It was expensive but it was little detail things. It was a requirement from the insurance company. They quoted and came. They were fast and in and out. They did what they needed to do and they did it fast. They did what they said they were going to do. The salesperson wasn't totally honest about the whole package but the job was done right. They were kind of overpriced. Somebody else came and took a look at it.

From the very first phone call to the payment of the bill, this might just be the most pleasant and professional experience I have had to date. A fair price for good work in the time they promised. Lisa B in the office is great to talk to, helpful, knowledgeable, and really keeps things in line. She was able to accommodate our schedule and coordinated to have someone available to meet us at the house for a quote. Cody came out and met us, measured the house, discussed the process, and provided us with a bid. He was also able to get us scheduled while he was there. Cody was lot of experience and is extremely knowledgeable about what his company does and after our conversation left no question unanswered. On the scheduled date, Joey and the crew were right on time. They were clean, professional, and very well organized. As the work progressed each of the crew were able to answer any and all questions concerning the process. At the end no bushes were harmed and all the soffits were replaced, paint touched up, and the area was clean. To be clear … this crew was really hard working and know what they do for a living !! SO to wrap this up, if you need to have your house retrofit this is group to call … no question about it !!!

The company is very responsive and professional. They came exactly when they said they would and kept us apprised of their schedule. All of the representatives of Florida Retrofits went out of their way to meet our need, were extremely polite, helpful, and did the job with perfection.

It was fantastic!!! The initial call was to the office @ 877-659-8354, the lady was very informative, had a great personality and a southern accent to boot! She took all of my information, and explained that the estimate was free. Then the inspector came out (Frank), who explained everything to me, answered my questions. That afternoon he sent me a quote. I thought it was kind of high, till I spoke to my insurance company. They explained how much it would save me in a year, it almost pays its self off in one year! The guys who came to do the work were here at 8am, they were very professional, working in the attic all day, and removing soffit from my house. It only took one day. By the time they were finished, you could not even tell they had been there. They replaced soffit, painted, and cleaned up after themselves. Made sure I was happy with the area, gave me an invoice, I gave them a check, and it was done. If you have high insurance rates in Florida, trust me, this will help. I HIGHLY recommend them, and I would definitely use them again. And from what they were telling me, they work all over the state.

We were very pleased. Their process was very transparent to us. They had to take out all the wood underneath the overhang. They also replaced all the wood and repainted it. We couldn't even tell they had been here. The repair has since lowered our insurance rates. They were here several days and they did what they said they were going to do. They explained everything to use and they kept us in the loop. We are very happy with it. The cleanup was perfect and they left no mess.
