So contracted them for backfill and compaction. They never compacted, they only didn't level the dirt out leaving most of the large pile in the lawn, all caught on video, the two young workers standing around, doing nothing. First I owned a landscaping business and had thousands of jobs grading, making rockers, landscaping for pool bulds,compaction, and a lot more. I sold this business to get my Engineering degree from MIT in materials mechanical engineering. In my carreer I engineered pools, concrete forms, electrical design, CATV, Fiber trenching, and much more. Never had to get a revision from approval office once, that's how good my designs were. When you dont compact it can cause major cracks in your pool and decking, this company could have cost me $100k in repairs down the road for their lack of completing the job they were hire for. Thankfully they did such a horrible job it was painfully obvious just looking at it. When I was walking around the edge of the pool my foot sunk deep into the non compacted soil, scraping my leg against the shotcrete bad. I had to hire someone else to come out and finish the job. When they sent the invoice and I asked when they would complete the job, they threatened lein against my house. My staff lawyer for my businesses is going to have fun bankrupting them if they dare. All I ask is you complete the job you were contracted for, simple.

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel that I have to so that I can save other homeowners from the aggravation I have experienced with this company. They brutalized my lawn. Yes, brutalized. They cut my St. Augustine lawn so low that I can see the dirt in some places. They left my lawn yellow and stressed. They left a huge amount of grass clippings in the back yard. They did not blow out my stone flower beds which was suggested by the owner. They did not complete the weeding which was also agreed upon. Until I mentioned it they were not even going to blow away the grass clippings in my fenced in area. Horrible,. Do not contract this company, they will take your hard earned money and leave you hanging with a horrible yard.

Awful! They started out okay for a month or so, then I asked them to trim and the left ALL OF THE CLIPPINGS RIGHT WHERE THEY DROPPED!. They also cut my entire lawn one week with a flat tire!..What a mess that was! Other small things that I don't want to get into!!

Evergreen was able to schedule the mowing we needed expeditiously and conveniently. We were able to arrange payment such that I did not need to be present, which was helpful since we were asking them to mow after we had moved out of the house. I thought it was a little pricey for a single mow, but I realize it's not very cost-effective to do a single mowing, rather than putting us in their regular schedule in an on-going manner. I'm sure their rates would have been reasonable for our large lot if we had been looking for on-going service. And it is a large lot. Also, they did much more comprehensive edging than we usually do, which was a pleasant surprise.

My previous Lawn guy, Triple J Grounds Maintenance, had left me a foot long grass yard since they didn't come out to mow for an entire month while I was out of town for 7 weeks. I was desperate to find a good reliable company to do my yard work immediately. Michael at Evergreen Lawn Care of Brevard LLC came out the day I asked for estimate, and do the work the next morning. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the way he cares about his client. I am going to use his monthly lawn maintenance, and would recommend him to anyone I know.

We got our first cut 4/7/2016, but no cleanup of planters or trees. Called Mike. He had a crew come out to do cleanup work as discussed. Even though we had discussed what to remove & what to save in planters, they removed what I wanted to save & left a 3 ½ foot weed in the planter & did not clean up the trunks of the bottle-brush trees or the ligustrum trees or thin out the Areca Palms as discussed. Mike apologized about the mix-up on what should have been removed & what was to have been saved, said they would be back to finish the cleanup work. We got our second cut 4/14, then they missed 4/21. Called Mike on 4/25, it had rained that week but not on the day of my cut & I thought maybe they would have gotten to me on Friday 4/22 or Saturday 4/23. Mike said that they were behind a day because of rain but that I should have gotten a cut & I should have called him on Friday. Got my next cut on 4/28, I went outside to speak to the workers about the other work that had not been finished. They said they would let that group know, but they did not do that type of work. We missed a cut AGAIN on 5/5, called, it didn’t make a difference. Received my next cut on 5/12, no one has come back to finish up the clean-up work. We missed a cut YET AGAIN on 5/19, I called Mike around 4:30pm that day he assured me that we would get our cut by Saturday afternoon. We did not receive a cut by that time. I called today, 5/23/16 a few times before noon, kept getting sent to voice-mail so on my 5th attempt to call I left a message telling Mike that we missed 1 cut in April, this is the 4th week of May & we have only received 1 cut so let’s just call it even – I will not be sending in a payment for May & I no longer need Evergreen Lawn Care’s services. We will just eat the cost for the clean-up that was not finished.

My father-in-law and brother-in-law are visiting us and we wanted our yard to look it's best. Evergreen came by and really did a great job on the lawn, edging and also trimming around the trees. It looks great and really saved me a ton of time if I would have taken to do it all myself. I would highly recommend these guys.

The landscape services are scheduled for next week. However, upon hearing how another irrigation company failed to come out to repair my sprinkler system, these two gentlemen FIXED my sprinklers while providing their landscape estimate! SOLD. Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is service. I would contact this company again, and I would recommend that others contact them as well, before the secret of their incomparable service gets out (and their schedules become completely booked like the very best Angie's list vendors).

Evergreen Lawn Care has been mowing my quarter-acre lawn since August. They employ friendly and professional staff that stick to a schedule. I haven't experienced any problems with their service. My yard looks great. I could probably find someone slightly cheaper to mow my yard but i like dealing with a larger company that's been in the business for a while, has their act together, and that i don't have to constantly monitor and follow-up with. I just pay my monthly fee and don't have to worry about anything. It's great.
