My second experience with Eureka Plumbing. Drain line from my house to my septic was clogged. They put in a lot of effort and got the line cleared out and made suggestions to prevent the problem in the future.

These guys are fabulous! We just bought a fancy custom home that had been suffering from some serious longtime neglect. There are many older, high-end (aka, nobody knows how to deal with) plumbing features as well as commercial water heaters. Eureka was the 4th plumbing company we had out in the last month, and by far they were the most knowledgeable. Corey took everything in stride and seemed to have an instinctive grasp on how everything worked. Their prices were great, the customer service was stellar, and having a plumber who can handle the "unique" is pricelss!

Sean(owner)was great, he called and offered to come by even though it was after hours. Very responsive and did not take long to get everything in proper working order. Was very helpful letting us know exactly what the problem was and how to prevent it from happening again. My initial hesitation in having him coming after hours was all price driven when in fact the actual price charged was less than half of prices quoted from other plumbers coming out at a "normal" time. I would highly recommend using them for anything you have pluming related! They did a great job at night , in the dark(with a flashlight) and cleaned up after themselves. Very trust worthy!!!

Corey was prompt and very educational. He had several suggestions that will help prolong the life of the water heater. They use Rheem water heaters which have a very good review and a very low out of the box failure rate unlike some other brands still sold and used today. His suggestions are very do-able even to a novice home owner. The original water heater was different in size and did not have certain extras that are required today, Corey made all of the necessary adjustments and it was installed in 2.5 hrs. Everything was cleaned up and the old water heater was taken away. I will definitely hire them again.

Great the first time. Came out on a Sunday and we felt the price was fair and service was great. Waiting on follow up. Would love to give an excellent review as he seems to be very knowledgeable!

The work went smoothly. All of the staff were professional, patient and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the debris from the work.

These guys are great. Big jobs and little jobs. Half the price of any other people that do commercial. Prompt, enthusiastic and great.

Sean came the same day that we called him. Our shower head broke off into the wall. We thought we were going to have to cut dry wall to repair the issue but Sean was able to repair it through the hole. Great work at a reasonable price.

On a Sunday Sean Boates (owner) arrived at my house and quickly identified / confirmed a hot water slab leak under my dining room. He offered the option to repair the leak by jack hammering into my foundation and repairing the copper line (which would have created a huge mess and also required me to replace the hardwood flooring). He also suggested a less intrusive option of rerouting the water line through the attic and capping off the copper pipe which appeared corroded. He offered a fair price for a day's work for either option. I opted for rerouting. The following day (Monday) Sean and his two sons arrived on time and methodically / diligemtly completed the repair. Sean and his sons were easy to communicate with as they took the time to answer any question I had about the process. It was clear to me that they take pride in their work and used quality material and plumbing best practices. I will hire Eureka Plumbing for any future issues I encounter.

Overall went very well. Delays not Eureka's fault. Supplier ordered wrong parts. Very accommodating as to schedule. Will use Eureka to finish the bathroom. They are wonderful.

Left in a lurch from a previous service provider (not on Angie's List). Eureka stepped in and finished the job. Used materials previously purchased. One or two areas could have been more clean but overall Excellent work. Very happy.

Very responsive and friendly. Snaked out drains from the roof and made a quick trip to Lowe's when he found he didn't have the right faucet to replace the bad one in my tub. Quality work very fast. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Called to set up appointment and voicemail is full. I would not use a proffessional that did not have voicemail.

The job was very professional and was completed in a timely manner. I consider the cost for labor and parts to be very reasonable and would use EUREKA plumbing again. Thanks Sean for a job well done.

Was first asked to make estimate on sink repair - made recommendation to have sink fixed by granite specialists. During the course of the granite specialists repairing sink eureka was called to replace four water valves under sink. They were able to come at short notice to take care of the problem. I would use them again.

They did very well. Two young men came out to fix everything. They were very knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, we were very happy with how everything turned out.

Both the person I spoke to on the phone and Bill,who came out to fix the problem, explained to me why the faucet had stopped working properly and gave me tips on avoiding this problem again. I now know that I have to run that faucet every few weeks to keep it from breaking again.Bill came out when he said he would, he explained what he would be doing and how he would fix the problem. He explained what he was doing as he worked, and he showed me the damage done to the faucet cartridge. He checked and double checked that things were working properly, cleaned up when he was finished, and was done in about an hour. He was very personable and I appreciate that he took the time to educate me on the issue. Next time I need a plumber, this is who I will call.

It was spectacular. They did a fantastic job. They were very reliable. They found the most economical solution. There were no surprises. They did exactly what they said they would do. It came exactly what they said it was going to cost. We didn't find any additional kind of stuff. There was nothing to mark them down. Their responsiveness was excellent. I would use them in the future.

A year and a half ago, I purchased from Florida Solar East, a solar hot water heater. We have been having problems with the company since the water heater was installed. Last Saturday October 8, I noted the a leak in the Expansion Tank, I called the company, FSE, that installed the solar hot water heater and left two messages. On Monday, there was no response from them. My husband called FSE on Tuesday, and spoke to one of the owners. They promised they would call on Wednesday to come and fix the Expansion Tank. They did not call, and I called them twice and left messages with the owner. After receiving no response, I called the manufacturer of the Expansion Tank. They gave me the name of their Sales Rep for Florida. They told me to call Ferguson Plumbing Supply to get a licensed plumber. I called Ferguson Plumbing, and they gave me the name of Eureka Plumbing. I talked to the owner Sean Boat and explained the situation. I told him we did not have HOT WATER for five days. He told me he would come and put in a temporary control so we could have hot water tonight. I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with Sean. He went out of his way for someone he had never met or dealt with before this situation. He took the time and effort to make our lives better. I would highly recommend Sean and his company to do any plumbing work for me in the future.
