About us

We are licensed Building Contractors and have concentrated on Remodeling and additions and all forms of Carpentry . I have been a carpenter for 28 years , learning the trade in Ireland , perfecting it in Boston and have brought my experience to the Space Coast of Florida where i have completed many fine projects over the past ten years . We provide no cost no obligation estimates . Subcontractors we use are all licensed and insured and have a proven track record with our company .

Very well, ed recomended a product and supplier. Material was delivered and then Ed got to work. Took about 2 days longer than estimated due to changes. Ed made a few corrections on the fly. Very well done. supurb fit and finish. Ed was professional, timely and even keeled guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Working with Ed was easy. He is professional, very good about sharing what is going well and what the challenges are as the work progressed. The project took longer than we had hoped but mostly because of the local approval process in the city we live in. We are very pleased with the end result. We almost did not select him because he was the low bidder of the five we interviewed. We're so glad we chose him. Quality work, fair price and real easy to work with.
Description of Work: Ed converted a large exterior porch into two bedrooms and a small home office. He also added a 160 square foot patio onto the rear of the house.
