They did my kitchen and it looks amazing. I am so happy and grateful. They were so helpful with the selection process and they actually finished 3 days ahead of schedule. I will use them next year when we do the bathrooms. I worked with Zac and he was very helpful. I met the owner in their really nice showroom on Palm Bay Road

Tiled floors - kitchen, laundry room, 2 small bathrooms, vanity area, closets. It irks me every time I walk on certain areas of the floor - some places are higher then others. They also tiled the shower in my master bathroom and the wall where the tub is in the guest bathroom. I have had so many negative comments on the work that was done. Several people asked if they had ever actually tiled before or if I was the first. They didn't enlarge the size of my vanities (3) and I had undermount sinks, So because I had undermount sinks I now have 3 sinks that are smaller then the sinks you would find on an airplane. And,again, because of the 3 undermount sinks the the faucets get put in the holes that are drilled in to the granite, but there was just barely enough room to get the hardware in. So all the hardware is in and it is realized that the metal thing that goes up and dowm - to let the water in and out of the sink won't work because it is basically sufficated in the space. | |During this whole remodel I only worked with the 20 yr old son. Never saw or met the owner, At first I thought this guy knew what he was doing but as time went on I knew he didn't have a clue. I had my kitchen remodeled and I kept telling this guy, Zac, that I wanted a counter depth refregerator. He would give me the measurements and I went to Lowes and there was no fridge that size. So I called him and he emailed me the dimensions ans I bought the fridge. The guys go to put the fridge in and it didn't fit. Zac said it did't fit because it was a french door style. So off I go to Lowes to get another fridge - this time a side by side (this is all taking place on the 4th of July weekend at 7;00 at night) I buy the new fridge - it gets delivered with-in an hour and it doesn't fit. So the guys from Lowes gingerly remove my brand new cabinet from the space of the fridge and we shove the fridge in. I told Zac that I now need the cabinet to be made smaller and he told me that it is my problem because I already signed off on the cabinets, I have been up in Boston since Aug and my next door neighbors found a carpenter to do the work on the cabinet and to install it all for $400.00. The neighbors nephew painted the whole condo since Done Right didn.t even paint over the mess they left on the walls. They put 3rd or 4th rate mirrors in my vanities. You can actually see the black scratches on the back of them. I paid a lot of money for vanity lights and they come along and put in cheap mirrors - it makes me sick. | |Last but not least I know for sure that one of the workers took a nap on my bed. When I went to bed that night I could smell him on my sheets and he must have a dog or cat because he left fleas in the bed. | |So much more went on. They were really good. I haven’t had any problems since the installation. They were really low priced and were the lowest quote compared to three other companies I referred. They performed the least work by eliminating any unnecessary work which I heard had to be done. They fixed things easily and quicker. I would use them again in the future.
