CREATION MAINTENANCE

We were most impressed with the professionalism of Rob's crew. The day the work was supposed to be done it rained all day, so they rescheduled for Saturday. Communication of this was prompt. They were here and working bright and early, and the last of the team was cleaning up after dark. It was a lot of trees, so it was a pretty big team. They took care not to damage other plants and trees in the vicinity of the removed ones, and when they left the driveway and porch were clean and the yard was free of all large debris. We have a toddler son who was very interested in the equipment, and he wanted to watch pretty much all day. So, while I didn't really want to hover, I had to keep an eye on him at the window, so I ended up watching a lot of the work being done. These guys were clearly experts at what they were doing and I never heard a word I wouldn't want my toddler to hear. (That should go without saying, but I've had bad experiences with less professional workers.) When we had questions, they were clearly answered, and recommendations were made for how we should maintain some of our other trees so that they don't become problematic in the future. For the record, Rob was right about that unhealthy tree. I don't know much about trees, but I don't think water is supposed to come pouring out of the trunk when they're cutting it down. I can't recommend Creation Maintenance strongly enough.
