First he saved me $40.00 to go to Home Depot and pick up a garbage disposal, then he checked out the non working central air and heating and discovered all it needed was a new breaker that had burned out. All in all this wonderful man saved me thousands of dollars, and on top of that he replaced my kitchen faucet. The cost was very reasonable and I am one happy puppy.

+ -1 moreCeiling fan installation was done very well. The previous fan wobbled when it ran and David determined it was caused by the mounting in the ceiling. He was able to fix it. The new fan does not wobble. David and Butch did a great job. Also, the new door viewer looks great.

And even though the job took longer than I’m sure he anticipated, he did not charge us any additional fee, and still honored his original estimate. He was professional and responsive, and we will not hesitate to call upon him again the next time we need any work done in our home!

The job was started and completed exactly how and when promised for a fair price. We could not be happier with the work. I have been in the construction business for 30 years and have built both multi million dollar homes and commercial buildings so, I know what I am talking about when I say Dave and his team do spectacular work and will refer him to family and friends.
