+ -1 moreRoofer showed up and said the roof is too tall and left. Seems like a roofer would be able to get on a roof as part of an implied task. Either way, we got a refund and moved on.

+ -1 moreNotified me via e-mail that his company no longer associated with Angie's List and he would not fulfill the prepaid service. Moreover, Angie's List made it very difficult to receive a refund for this non performed service. They put the burden on me to prove to them that the service was not done. Consequently I am not happy with either the provider of the service or Angie's List

Description of Work: Company withdrew offer. Contractor says Angies List kept the money and never told him I bought the service. Where is my refund? System would not accept "overall grade" of N/A, so I had to enter all "F"s, but this should not reflect on contractor who told me he withdrew from offer and should not have been listed by Angie's List.

Description of Work: Reroof low pitch area and eliminate water intrusion. reroof approx. 6 squares of shingle on low pitch area of roof replace all damaged wood decking material install PolyGlass peel and stick base with PolyGlass brown cap Install 2 rows of new shingles over peel and stick material for complete seal New drip-edge and plumbing boots includes attaching existing ridge vent with stainless screws. Screw down lifted flashing and seal both chimneys. Install brown aluminum on top of protruding wood beam. Replace approximately 10 feet of exterior wall damage and eliminate water intrusion. Remove wood siding and replace all damaged studs and base plate Seal base plate and openings Install new insulation Install new plywood sub-siding Install new vapor barrier Install new wood siding to match exisitng Finish exterior with exterior paint and caulk

We feel our new roof added so much to the beauty of our home. The owner of the company, Michael Smith, is extremely honest, knowledgeable and very professional, We very much appreciate all he and his crew did to make sure there was minimal impact to our everyday routine and that during the process, they kept the area free from nails and trash. We would highly recommend them.
