It went just perfectly; from initial estimate through installation. All I needed was a fence to contain my two small dogs and this did the job. It only took the installers a few hours and they were done. They cleaned up all debris and were very friendly. They walked me around and showed me the survey markers to ensure the fence was installed in the proper area, etc. I would definitely hire Carrie's again, and will recommend them to anyone I hear of that needs a fence!

Carrie and Brenda are great to work with on the job preparation, permits, etc. they go out of their way to help make everything to come together. Then the excellent customer service continued when David and Josh installed the fence. They were meticulous and detailed oriented and made sure all specifications were being met. There is not enough room to say all the great things about this company.

Installation of the fence went relatively smoothly. No utilities were cut and I only had to make a minor repair to one sprinkler line. The only issue I had was scheduling the installation. The office would take a few days to return phone calls both to schedule and reschedule the fence installation when one of their jobs went long.

We contacted Carries Fence when we were considering replacing our old wood fence. We also contacted another contractor at the same time for a second quote. Carries Fence's quote was better than the other contractor so we decided to go with Carrie's Fence. We are extremely glad that we went with Carrie's. Carrie herself came out to our house on 3 separate occasions before getting the work started. Carrie was on time every time and was extremely pleasant. Carrie's husband Tim and his crew actually did the installation. The installation started approximately 2weeks after providing the final information needed for the permit. Tim and his crew showed up on time on Monday morning and had the installation complete in a day and a half. Carrie showed up on Monday afternoon to check on the work. The fence is awesome and we a thrilled with the end product. I would recommend Carrie's Fence anytime.

The fence removal and install exceeded our expectations. Amazing job! Very professional from start to end. Excellent communication. Clean-up was immaculate. The fence is very solid and perfectly level. Every detail was paid attention to. Should we need a new fence, need a repair, or want to add on in the future, we will only call Carrie's Fence.

I contacted this company to request an estimate to replace a wooden fence gate. After experiencing being ignored by another local fence company, I stated up front that I knew this is a small job and if you are not interested just let me know. Carrie said no problem and we scheduled a day and time for the estimate. She showed up right on time and provided an estimate. I thought the estimate was a little high, but I did not want to waste any more time trying to replace this gate. I called the next day to schedule the work. Left a message, no return call. I called again the following day and spoke with Carrie. She said she was in the car and did not have her schedule book and would call me later that day. That's the last I heard from her. No return call. Again, I think they just do not want to do a small job. Why then take the time to provide an estimate and then ignore the customer? Anyway, I gave up and last week end built the gate myself.

I had Carrie's Fence install a pressure-treated wood stockade fence in my backyard. I saw their reviews on Angie's List as an A rated company and I was not disappointed. The owner, Tim, and his crew were friendly and professional. They tore out an existing fence and did a great job of installing the new fence in less than a day. Tim repaired a gate installed by another company and it operates perfectly. After the installation was finished, they cleaned up after themselves before departing. They came in under other bids I received and did a quality job. I wholeheartedly recommend Carrie's Fence to other members.

Timely, good communications, very competitive price and very flexible. I was especially impressed with the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. Tim spent a good bit of time with me to make sure he understood my concerns about underground wires and piping and offered a revised approach to lessen the risk of hitting anything underground. He personally dug the fence post holes in my areas of concern and had me inspect the holes to ensure I saw they did not damage any wiring or piping. Very nice job done by some very friendly and capable people. Don't hesitate to work with them. You will be pleased.

The company who installed our fence made several errors and they admitted it. But after several months of back and forth asking them to make good on the repairs, they never did. Called Carrie's fence and they responded promptly. They corrected gate issues, replaced poles which were too light for the gates, re-installed locks that were put in backwards and added some boards to the picket part of fence to prevent the dogs from going through the fence. The other company never offered to do this. This we sincerely appreciated as the dogs bounce on the fence when barking at each other and the fence was becoming wobbly. Added boards have stopped this problem. Carrie and the gentlemen doing the work were pleasant, professional and on time. Will recommend to others.

She called me and she wanted to know what a different company had bid. I told her and I should not have and she just underbid the other company by about $50.00. She told me due to gas prices they do not like to come out and give estimates. I went with another company as I was concerned about problems they may run into without looking at the work.

They were professional and I have been very pleased with the work they did at the time as well as how well the fencing has held up since then. As you can see by the date, I'd know if their work was not quality as living in Florida, wood fencing gets a lot of sun, water and wind. Last but not at all least. As a Christian, I try to give work to fellow Christians and their faith is evident in their values.
