Tim came out exactly when he said he would and gave me a quote. His workers showed up first thing in the morning and did a professional, beautiful job of my fence. They used top quality materials. I also have to mention that the workers were supervised by Marcos. He is a dream to work with and kept everything running smoothly. Our whole experience with Carrie's Fence could not have been better. I highly recommend them!

Carrie's Fence was initially very responsive and made an appointment right away. Met with Carrie at house, gave my E-mail address and was told that I would receive an estimate in 1-2 days. That was on Thursday, 10/13, on Tuesday, 10/18 I called as asked what happened to the Estimate I was promised. "Oops, I have it right here, and will send it to you as soon as I get done with this other Estimate". Still waiting, 10/19. At this point won't Hire. If I can't even rely on this Company to give me a Cost Estimate, I sure won't try them for the Installation of a New Vinyl Fence. No Thank you!

Called on Saturday, one day after the hurricane passed, and an employee came out on Sunday to assess and provide an estimate. After agreeing to the estimate the crew, led by John, arrived on Thursday and finished the work on Friday.

I highly recommend Carrie's Fence. They are prompt, courteous, and highly professional. We previously had a large section replaced and were in the process of preparing to get the remaining sections done. Along comes Hurricane Matthew and our remaining old fence and pool gazebo went down. Called up Tim who immediately responded, came to our property, did a walk down, and started cleanup and removal of both the old fence and gazebo that day. Two days later we had our new fence up. Our pool and property is once again safe and secure. We will never use any other fence company. Thank you Carrie's Fence!

The men who did the work were polite and worked quickly without rushing. They took the time to set up the site to ensure a straight fence line. I had several questions and requests, and they were all addressed very politely. The fence looks great. By the way, Carries did not collect money until the fence was completed. I selected Carries because the estimate was done very professionally, and I feel that reputable companies do not ask for deposits.

Called the company and within 3 hours Tim was at our house giving us a free competitive estimate. The work was completed by his crew 2 days later. We could not have been happier with their service and will gladly call them again when we're ready to replace another section of the fence.

I made an appointment. I was contacted and asked if I could make the appointment a few hours later. I agreed to the new appointment and no one showed up nor even called.

The workers were polite, punctual, and the job was high quality. Price was as quoted. They fenced my house in Indian Harbour Beach and the workmanship is phenomenal. All of my neighbors are blown away. These guys are great, and Tim is very good to work with.

Worked with me to properly place gates in view of underground pipes, built the fence and gates on site, cleared the area of brush, cleaned up.

I am on the Board of a local town home HOA and we wanted estimates on replacing our main fence in the front of the property, about 205 linear feet. Eventually, we'll need a much larger fence on the property repaired / replaced as well. I contacted four contractors, with good reviews on Angie's List, including Carrie's Fencing of Palm Bay. We agreed to meet at 6pm on a Friday evening. Having arrived a bit early, I waited at the property until a little after 7pm and no one showed up or even called. I called them back on Monday to see what had happened, spoke to Tim again, and he apologized, but gave no reason for not making it or not calling. I agreed to a second appointment at 7:45am the next day. So, Tuesday morning, I got up an hour early and was at the property right at 7:45am. Again I waited, this time until about 8:15am and then I left for work after no one showed or called. Around 8:30am, I called their office and got Tim again. He again apologized, with no reason given, and said that this had been handled unprofessionally and that, if he were me, would not use their company. He gave me a price, based on the 205 lf, which was right on with other estimates. He then gave me the name of another fencing company he would recommend. To me, it seem like either they didn't want the business or perhaps it was a disgruntled employee that was trying to cause problems. However, having followed up a bit, the disgruntled employee thought seems inaccurate. So, I don't know what the story is, just that this was not handled in a professional manner although interaction over the phone was cordial.

It went wonderful. I would call Carrie's for all of my fencing needs. Carrie came out very quickly and took all the measurements and prompty sent us an estimate. After reviewing the dimensions, we decided on different measurements which required a re-measure and new estimate. Carrie was very patient with us and very accomodating. We received three different estimates, and the other two companies could not even come close to Carrie's price, and were nearly double the amount. The install date and duration of installation was dead on, and there were no cancellations, no shows or reschedules. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fencing! I consider myself fairly hard to please, but have no problem saying that I was 100% satisfied with their service!

I could not be happier. Carrie, her husband, and installation crew could not have been more professional. I made several changes and even found my existing fence was 12" on the neighbors property. They handled each problem as it came. They did a excellent job!

They did an awesome job. They were on time, they met every thing that they said they would from the beginning. Everyone was very polite, very accommodating, and they did everything to make it work out. My project had a couple of problems in it, and they did an excellent job of working it out. They were very good. I was there last night, and looked at what they had done, and I am extremely happy with what they have done.

Excellent! I received an estimate July 2014 and put off installation. After making several changes and demolishing part of my house Carrie came over and did another estimate in March 2015. I requested to proceed with obtaining a new fence and gates. The crew identified the survey markers and my yard became much larger than I anticipated from the existing old fence. I was so elated knowing how much larger my property was relative to the placement of the old fence. It was such a nice surprise. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with given all my changing requirements.

I was extremely impressed and very pleased with how simple the process was for me and how well they executed. I made one phone call to set an apt for an estimate. They showed up right on time and within 15 minutes we had an estimate, a contract and the work was scheduled. On the day of the job they showed up at 8 am and were complete by 1:30 pm. There were no discrepancies or add ons, the price was exactly as quoted. The materials are top notch and the workmanship is high quality. Amazing considering all the other contractors who bid the job were at least half again as much, told us it would take more time, etc. The efficiency of the team who built the fence was really impressive. They were like a well oiled machine. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing fencing.
