+ 0 moreJoe is an Honest and Fair Guy. He did a Tile Project for me that took about 2 weeks. I paid for a majority of the material, and he picked up the rest and I just paid him for the cost on the receipts. He made NO money on material!! Just labor. He was super concerned about being tidy, and making sure that everything was safe for me and my children. He provided great insights, made good suggestions, and the tile job cam... view moree out AWESOME. He even did some of the basic plumbing work that was required so I didn't have to bring in an outside plumber. The job was around 400 square feet, half of which was shower walls and bathtub surround. The labor for the plumbing, demo, cement board install, and tile installation and grouting was around $3300. It was about another $2000 for material. If I have another tile job in the future, he will be the first call I make.
Description of Work: Joe did the demo and rebuilt/retiled my shower, tub surround, bathroom floor, and toilet closet.
