+ -1 moreWe inherited Steve about 3 years ago from the previous owner of our new home. Out of all the trades, Steve has been the only one we've kept. He has always treated us with Stress free and excellent service. Over the past 3 years there have been special requests for additional services, and he always comes through no matter what. Whenever I have an issue with my heater, pump, filter, or anything he is always available for me, to either walk me through, or he comes over to help or fix whatever it is I called him for. Not only does he provide excellent maintenance service, he also offers resurfacing and tiling. Which I have also used his services for. I recommend Blue Oasis for all your pool maintenance and service needs.

+ -1 moreHORRIBLE- we discovered our pump filter was never cleaned, and no chlorine in the pool at all. Our filter was jam packed with leaves and they never cleaned it. It stopped the pump from working properly and there was no circulation. When I questioned this the owner Steve texted me back and said after he did some investigation he said we should look elsewhere for service. I'm sure he discovered his daughter was not doing anything other than vacuuming. She never cleaned the sides of the pool or the steps and our new pool guy pointed all of the problems out we have now or put any salt in. Our salt light was blinking. We are new homeowners and new to a pool so we are learning along the way, but this is why we hire pool servicing. Algae everywhere. I do not recommend this business at all.

Description of Work: Had to resurface in ground pool and replace tiles. They also cleaned our screen enclosure and repainted our deck. They were always polite and professional when at our home and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pool service.

Description of Work: We hired this company to redo our swimming pool. We saw pictures of work they have done and we thought it was great. But we had no idea after giving the owner Steve an amount down. We didnt think he was a kind of person to take your money and rum with it persay. since we have been put off over and over and since the hurricane came through and took out fence down we contacted Steve and let him know about the fence and since you have to have a fence around the pool. We decided to wait on the pool. We made sure with the contract we signed and its the original there was no reason for him not to return our money. We even said we will take the products he said he already got and store them in our shed and give us back the difference. Well that was a week ago and we call daily or text and Steve wont answer our calls or respond to our messages well until today when i had to use my daughters phone for him to pick up. Now he is saying he is waiting for his attorney to call back and is stating on his paper states we picked the tile we wanted that he said he ordered and has.. But on the original paperwork i have it doesnt say anything about it.... So please if you want a pool company to be honest dont use Blue Oasis Pools of Brevard they are out of Palm Bay. Company ran out of his house.

+ 1 moreThis is the second time we have used Steve. The first time he repainted our pool deck and did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. This time we called him because our pool pump stopped working. He came by promptly to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. He wasn't able to fix it that day because the place to get the pump was closed, but he came promptly the next business day and replaced the pump. I mentioned if he happened to be able to get an O Ring I needed that replaced too. He did that free of charge! I won't even call anyone else anymore when something is wrong. I won't let anyone near our pool except Steve.

Description of Work: Got estimates for pool resurfacing and pool deck resurfacing. Steve was there at scheduled time and followed up with offers to answer any questions. He was professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Steve was very professional. We agreed and signed the contract on Monday the 9th. His team started the work on Wednesday the 11th. The job (resurface) was completed on Saturday the 14 and we started filling the pool. We were swimming that Sunday. The pool looks fantastic and I do (and have) recommend Blue Oasis. I will use them again for my pool needs. Their price was the best of three quotes I received.

+ -1 moreWe have just moved to this home this summer and this was the pool service the previous owner was using. She said she was very happy with his service so we continued to use them. We have never had a pool before, so Steve has had to answer lots of questions from us and has been very patient and helpful. I would certainly recommend this company, we have been very pleased with their work.
