Auger's Plumbing

Called Monday for a quote and scheduled Tuesday for repairs. They showed up on time and completed repairs promptly accepted the Angi's discount Coupon for service and advised me about a rebate available From Florida City Gas.

Our experience with Auger's Plumbing was an excellent one. The woman who scheduled our appt. was friendly and efficient; she was able to get someone here that same day. When Jose and Erick arrived, Jose quickly discovered the problem with our water heater and fixed it immediately. He was very knowledgeable, explained the situation, and gave us some helpful information, as well. He also waited to be sure the issue was resolved. Very impressed with this company; Jose and Erick did a great job!

I thought I was in trouble when the nut on the kitchen faucet turned out to be rusted on... in a difficult place to get at. I would have probably lost my cool, banged my head on something and cursed loud enough to be heard by the whole neighborhood. Not Jose. He just went out to his truck and came back with a tool to grind it off. No problem. Would I call them again? Absolutely.

Jim replied within 5 minutes. Was here in 5 more minutes. Checked water connection to house. He turned off our water softener(under service) and all was solved. So within 15 minutes of call all was taken care of at no charge. Will be calling them again when needed.

Awesome, Danae and Autumn rock. They know what they are doing and Augers is a professional organization. They work on our rental properties and do great things. We highly recommend them for installs, snakes, and overall plumbing knowledge. Good company and values!!!!

Whatever the blockage seemed to move out. Charged only a service call, as running faucets, flushing toilets repeatedly seeme d to take are of problem.

They provided a superior level of professional service. They arrived on time and provided an accurate estimate fairly quickly. They had all of the parts for the job with them and immediately began working after I accepted the estimate. Entire job took a couple of hours. Highly recommend them. Don't waste your time with other companies that are giving the run around.

Eric was great. He performed a complete inspection and found the leak in a timely manner. He fixed it to my satisfaction in about a half hour after finding the leak. Great service. Will defenetly hire again if needed.

The crew were polite responsive and did the work perfectly. The process was quick and the work is perfect.

Two plumbers arrived on time in the early morning. Replaced all 3 faucets. One gave them some trouble but they managed to get it on and no leaks from any of them.

Very prompt and professional. One of the flappers didn't fit correctly so began leaking. I called them back and they had to try 6 additional flapper models to get right fit. They displayed utmost patience in getting job done correctly at no additional charge.

Called on 4-17-18 left a VM. Call was returned within 30 minutes. Appointment scheduled for 4-18-18 between 9-11. Tony called at 10:07 to let us know he was in route. Arrived very professional and friendly was able to repair problem and cleaned up within an hour’s time at very reasonable rate! Will definitely use Auger’s Plumbing for all our future needs! This was a simple, straight-forward repair to unclog our system. I called Mr. Auger after business hours on a Friday evening and did not expect to even hear from him until business hours on Monday. He called on Sunday evening and was able to set up a service call for Monday morning. The plumber who called on us was completely professional. He arrived exactly on time and went to work right away, resolving the problem in around an hour. At ever step he was cordial, friendly and polite and explained everything that needed to be done and the price was reasonable (and lower than I expected). I give Auger's Plumbing the highest recommendation.

They were on time, worked efficiently, were very professional, and knew what they were doing. My sister used them just recently and had the same result, so I feel very confident recommending them. I have not used any other plumber in the area, so I don't know if their prices are high or low, that is the only reason I gave them a B on price rather than A.

We've used them a couple different times. They installed a dishwasher for us. They were reasonably priced. They were just a really friendly small family owned business.

Great! The plumber, Chris, from Auger's Plumbing called and asked if he could arrive early. He noticed the last faucet was not installed properly. He removed the old faucet and installed the new hardware and new faucet. It looks great and the installation was neatly done. We would definitely recommend Auger's Plumbing and we would use them again.

Excellent. We had used Augers plumbing in the past but did not have the paperwork from the previous visit. They arrived earlier that expected and took care of the issue quickly, and efficiently. The price for all of the work and supplies was less than most companies charged just to come out.

They are always on time, efficient and reasonably priced. Very friendly people and I HIGHLY recommend. One thing that sets them aside from other companies are the people. Not only are they professional and provide a great service but they are great people... can't say that enough. I've had a few different people over the years come out to do the job and everyone has been great. And their work is great too. We have had no issues or complaints.

the situation was assessed and danae tried a few connections before cutting the jagged edges of the pipe and putting in replacement, connecting the two ends. came out the same day. happy to find professional qualified plumber at reasonable price.
