 + -1 moreI was able to book him quickly and he and his partner came the next day. State Farm insurance had recommended him for their inspection,so I decided to hire him for home inspection. They throroughly inspected my entire property including roof. Before he left he went over the safety and large concerns and then forwarded me a report by that evening - all had great photos that helped me get my repairs scheduled with the seller quickly. He is pleasant and easy to deal with in person and over the phone. He even fixed an issue with the closet for me as a freebie.
Description of Work: Home inspection and wind mitigation inspection for home purchase.

 + -1 moreI needed a roof inspection for my insurance company. Dave was friendly, prompt and knowledgable. I called him in the afternoon and he was here the next morning. He prepared my report and emailed it to my insurance company on the same day as the inspection. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks Dave!
