""Wanted a $5000.00 deposit" unless my mom ( Elderly & has COPD) had a claim number which she ended up getting. One Crew Leader showed up to handle the initial emergency service call. Only a portion of the work was done until coverage could be confirmed which was somewhat understandable. Did not follow up with monitoring the next day (Sunday), which is standard with drying equipment onsite, nor a call back as promised, as to when a crew would be back onsite Monday. A call was received 10:00AM Monday, that coverage was confirmed & that an "estimator" was going to be onsite at 3:00PM. Meanwhile baseboards were buckling from the walls and visible water damage signs on ceilings. I had expected a crew in the morning, to continue ongoing necessary demo. The response from the office was somewhat rude and was refused a managers number to call. I've worked 15 yrs as a Production/Operations manager for an owner of three Servpro franchises and became quickly unhappy with this particular franchise, thus they were told to remove their equipment. Not only have they missed out of easy mitigation money but the restoration work as well. I am presently working with another Servpro to handle this water damage loss and am much more at ease with the professionalism at the get go!"

"roof leaking. they don't return phone calls will not honor warranty .And to. top it off the roof failed inspection and I cant get a co. went to place of business and gave them copys of the hole in my roof which they shingled over and now I have black mold and will need to replace insulation and drywall. The reason for the new roof in the first place"
