Mike was very good, courteous, and professional. We had the front door hung and then the inspector came and complimented that it was the best work that he had seen in a long time. The door was straight and without those gaps that you sometimes see that let bugs in and air out. I would definitely recommend AMT Constuction to anyone needing work done, big or small.

It went beautifully! He was ALWAYS prompt, highly skilled and finished the job in a timely fashion. Really much faster than I expected it to be completed! This man is a fair, talented, Christian man that you will happy to have hired! Believe me the next time I need repairs done, he Will be the man I contact.

Not only is this GC completely professional but he does amazing work. Arrives when he says he will, cleans up after himself and does amazing work and is very detailed. I would highly recommend and will be using him again.

* Contractor never communicated with owner in a timely manner which left owner wondering if and when he would start the job. Throughout the remodeling process, he would take days to respond despite constant requests for his response. * Contractor had agreed to cover the furniture in the living area which owner had moved to the center of the home before dry wall was removed. He did not honor this agreement. Everything had a thick dry wall layer of dust. He did this two days later. It was left in dirty condition, including upholstery items. * When this provider started the work, he found mold behind the sink in the kitchen and he removed it. He did not inform me of the mold, prior to removing it. He did not call for a mold remediation company to do this. He felt it was in the scope of his work to go ahead and remove the mold. Without consideration and failure to contact the remediation team, the mold spores were released into the air and into the air conditioning unit which spread upstairs and throughout the home. This resulted in the owner having to move out of home for ten days and work did not restart for three weeks. When contractor replaced dry wall, the texturing need to be redone because he was not supervising his staff and it was not done correctly. * Contractor removed toilet and sink from the half bathroom without considering it may be a few weeks before he could reset them. He left a towel stuffed in the toilet drain pipe. Owner noticed that drain pipe and rat dropping in bathroom and was told to put duct tape over the hole. Rats came through duct tape, scratched off bottom of bathroom pocket door leaving sawdust. When owner noticed sawdust, they immediately called the contractor on weekend begging him to put cover over drain, which he then completed. *Contractor began moving personal contents to garage in order to replace tile and found dead baby rats?on top of the sectional. He suggested to have sectional cleaned I insisted that he dispose of it. * When the contractor moved the contents of the house to the garage, he never covered anything up. Screws, springs other parts of doors, curtain rods, and fireplace were left on garage floor. My metal cocktail table was left outside and it rusted. All items consequently became dirty/dusty. * Owner had not read details of contract and paid $1700.00 for tile and labor for living and dining area. That had already been included in the contract.? Owner informed contractor that he was supposed to include this and he agreed to refund money. Although the contractor refunded that amount, this was clearly a gross oversight on the contracts part. ?Contractor was paid in full. Once contractor was paid he still had my house key and owner tried calling and texting. He did not respond for one week. Update:" After returning key he scared me by saying "I don't know how long I can hold back my temper"- So I had locks changed - $101.18"

From the beginning, Mike Glidden and Ed Rozell, were professional and prompt. The job came in just around the estimate that was given at the beginning of the project. Mike and Ed cleaned up on a daily basis and always communicated with me when any issues came up. The project was a large, exterior load bearing wall on my two story house that had been badly damaged by termites. I watched as they meticulously rebuilt the framing in my wall and brought it up to code with strapping. They new stucco job on the outside of the house looks so good, you cannot tell that it is new compated to the old stucco. Mike and Ed pulled all the necessary permits, had the job engineered, and all the worked passed inspection. Mike and Ed were honest and always showed up to work, never stopping my job to go work on another job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have remodeling done on their home or repair work and I would definitely hire them again.
