Cory and his crew are outstanding!!! Cory and his team came out to fill in the damages. His crew was very good, fast, and took great pride in there work. If it wasn't for Cory to inform us of the roof vents needing filled, it could have led to molding above our attic which could have caused serious health concerns and A/C pressure issues. Cory takes pride and full knowledge of his business. I highly respect and recommend this company like his and that he is Honest, Does 100% good workmanship, and a man who keeps his word. 1 out of 10, they are a 10+
Description of Work: Our builder KCIL Construction failed to have daily supervision of there contractors building our new home. Months later we found in our attic, giant hole openings in the foam walls from Dads Electric punching through in order to install 3 recessed can lights and never told the builder the damages. When we called the builder and fumed over this mess, he called Cory During that time we also found that the Roofers had also cut in 2 ridge vents which also cut out openings that should have never been touched, and Cory's team came back again and filled in those openings. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service that Cory from Alpine Foam provided. He provided a competitive price but more importantly a high quality service. They pay attention to details like using rigid insulation board to close up soffits instead of lower quality materials like netting. There was a slight mix up on the type of foam used on one section of the house, but Cory was very professional about the situation. He was upfront and honest about the mix up and offered options to rectify it. I picked the option that I was most comfortable with but it was also the most difficult for Cory. He bent over backwards to make things right and I was ultimately very satisfied. He was great to work with and I plan on having him come back out after drywall is up to insulate a couple more areas. Alpine Foam and Cory is easily the best contractor I've hired during my house remodeling project.
Description of Work: Applied ~3" of closed cell foam to back of roof decking down to top of concrete block, thus sealing attic. This included all required blocking and covering. Also filled exterior concrete block wall with lighter slow expanding foam. This is a large 2800 sq ft house that also required the garage to be sprayed since it is air conditioned.

I called FPL to see if a closed cell foam would be good for a new house I just purchased. FPL came out and did a energy studyof the home (free) and suggested that a closed cell foam applied to the underside of the roof would greatly reduce my air -conditioning bill. I have no experience with this product so I decided to have it applied to the entire interior of a new shed I was buying to see if it was effective as seen on tv and recommended before I applied it to the roof of my home and incur that cost. I contacted a contractor recommended by FPL and found them to be less than I had hoped for so I looked up other closed cell foam providors and found ALpine which was quite a bit cheaper and more professional than the recommended providor. I used ALPINE and the work was completed quickly and professionly and at a lesser price.
