+ -1 moreMy three-year old refrigerator stopped cooling. Bob came the same day exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem was with the compressor. Rather than charging me $700 to repair it. He told me that this was a known issue with LG refrigerators and even though it was out of warranty they would send someone to repair it free of charge. An honest repairman—I will definitely hire him in the future.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part, which he had in his truck, in way less than an hour. He showed us the broken part and explained that it is a common problem. Very knowledgeable and professional.
