DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORK OR THE WARRANTY. I was moving back to Florida into my father's home and needed a fence for the dogs. I made the arrangements with Mark before I moved. The installation team Put in the fence on the day arranged. I arrived a couple of days later to find that the bottom of the fence was noticeably uneven. There was a section with a large gap at the bottom and the crew had stuffed wads of grass under it, so my 81 year old father wouldn't notice. I called Mark. He arranged to fix it and told me he recently had to fire 3 crews in the previous 3 months, including the crew who did our job. When they were done the boards were even on the bottom, but there were still gaps. I decided to let it go at that. This was a mistake on my part. Fast forward 6 months: One of the posts is bowing and deforming the fence, which will eventually break the wood. I called and finally got Mark on the phone this morning. He said "If you want the post changed, it will cost $75 for materials plus labor." I said " Your kidding, right? You put a defective post in and your not going to honor your work and fix it?" He said, " That's right. Look at the back of your contract. We don't guarantee the materials. If you want it fixed, you can pay me for it" Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

They're really expensive, but they're good. They could have made it a little bit cheaper to improve the experience.

Appointment set up. Appointment confirmed the day before. They did not show up so I called and was told they should be their any minute. The salesperson called and said she gets a 30 minute window and she would be their a couple minutes after the window. I had delayed hogging to work for this estimate. Please have the common decency to call if your going to be late. We all make mistakes just own them and don't call me and blame me for a 30 minute window we did not discuss. Wow, not even an apology for being late.

I do NOT recommend this company. It was a new install and came with an warranty. The fence had hinge problem within the first week. Now they are so bad I can't use my double gate OR my single gate. Barbara will not help me and doesn't recognize the warranty. 1 Star - Quality, 1-Start Customer Service and 2.5 for value because it was cheep (now I know why). I guess I'm stuck fixing gates by myself.

Super. Very professional

Mark and his crew were punctual, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. When they came to install the fence, Mark went over the contract with us and clarified where we wanted gates etc. The job took 2 1/2 days as promised. They worked steadily until it was completed then cleaned up the site so that nothing was left to mark their presence but the new fence. Although their price is a little higher than others, I feel the finished product was well worth the price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was excellent. The fence came out so nice. It really gives the house such a rich look. It was very professionally done and all the neighbors have made compliments on the fence. They did not leave any messes behind.

All work was performed as arraigned in a timely and professional manner. Price was consistent with other bids for the same job. AAA went the extra mile to explain specifics of the install during the estimate process.

Installation was moved up as parts came in sooner then expected. Installers were great with my curious dog and child. They installed it, cleaned up and were available if I had any questions.They did a professional job!

My husband and I are very glad that we decided to go with AAA Quality Fence LLC. Their salesman and their installers were very knowledgeable and professional, and they were also very nice. Our experience with them was problem-free, and we now have a beautifully made fence.

They came out on time and went right to work. They put up a fence and two gates. I was very happy with the work and the price.

Very well. Workers came out asked questions before starting on removing old fence just to make sure it was exactly what I wanted to do. They removed and hauled away all old material and cleaned up after they were finished. Nice Job! Will use again if needed.

Provided estimate same day of contact. Replaced fence in two days and did a great job. Followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The price was over 1k less than closest competitor. Would definitely recommend.

It went well and the wood fence looks great! I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. They were easy to schedule and responsive and I was overall happy. It took them about 4 days to do the fence because of the weather. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They cleaned up well, came early, stayed late, and were, again, overall great!

I couldn't have asked for more professional service. I am a Realtor, and I will most definitely refer them to anybody who is looking for fence work

I picked this company based on the reviews I read on this list. I am so glad I chose them. The estimator and the installers were highly professional and experienced. We had quite a bit of fence installed and my husband and I were taking bets on whether they would finish when they said they would because they were so meticulous...and THEY DID (I won). I would recommend this company to everyone. I obtained two other quotes previously and they were right in line; however, I had used one of the company's before and the qualify does not stand up to this this company. I highly recommend giving them a call.

iNSTALLER CAME UP TO ME INTRODUCED HIMSELF WORKED OVER 6 HOURS THROUGH THE RAIN, REMOVED OLD FENCE CLEANED UP AND INSTALLED NEW FENCE. i'D USE THEM AGAIN. EXCELLENT.

They were punctual, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They even installed a smaller fence for us that we purchased elsewhere. We are completely satisfied with their work and our neighbor saw their work and has since had AAA fencing install some fence for him.

The whole process (from estimate to installation) was very smooth. These people are extremely knowledgeable about what they do and I was quite comfortable around them. It was obvious they were trustworthy. They kept us well informed of the install date and the changes in date due to weather and even worked around OUR schedule. Installers were friendly and professional! They were extremely tidy, kept the area clean and raked the dirt piles out. The fence looks awesome and my dogs are happy to have a fenced yard! We are beyond satisfied with our fence. Would definitely recommend AAA Quality Fence!
