This was the second time I've utilized them. They were fast, efficient, convenient and work with you well.

Evan, was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He reacted quickly to assist my family and gave my family a healthy home.

I kept hearing noises in my attic above my bedroom. This was very disturbing as I imagined I had a rodent problem in the attic. Then, I noticed rat feces in my attic and garage. The garage was just a mess with feces everywhere and packages of various yard items, i.e soil, yard fertilizers, dog food in rubbermaid containers that had holes chewed in them! They had spread these items throughout the garage and I'm sure the attic was a mess also, but I avoided going in there! I called A+ Animal Solutions after first joining Angie's List and checking the various company's ratings. This company was veteran and family owned which I liked very much and also had A ratings on everything. I read the various testimonies and I determined this was the company for me! I called and set up an appointment. A+ came to my home on time, checked my problem areas and determined I had a rodent problem. Evan then explained to me that he would first seal my home so the rodents could not get out and no more could get into my attic. This took a large part of the day as I have a good sized roof. Then traps were baited and set in my attic and garage. 44 alone in the attic! Evan then came to home every few days to check the traps and all in all, caught 7 rats. After this was accomplished, to make sure there were no more rats, powder was sprinkled around the traps so he could check for footprints of any type of creature in the garage and attic. No prints were noted after several days. I was rodent free at last! After removing the traps, a disinfectant was put on all areas where rodents had been. This was a relief as they can spread diseases. Then Evan cleaned the areas up and left my attic and garage neat and clean. I was delighted with the care he took in making certain I was satisfied. I now can go to bed knowing there are not rodents living just above my head in the attic! They did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to any one. I believe he went above and beyond to give me peace of mind that my rodent problem was solved to my satisfaction!

Evan spent six hours putting heavy grade chicken wire in with nasty-tasting caulk to close all roof openings for three conjoined townhomes (I'm the middle unit). He was incredibly fastidious. He then placed traps and came every two days for a little over a week to remove all rats caught. Once that was done he applied a microbial solution to decontaminate my attic. I can't speak highly enough of Evan and the service he provided. He was prompt, courteous, and very well informed. Several of my neighbors (including both townhouses on either side of me) contracted with him to remove rats, which are a problem because we are on a small lake. I would highly recommend him.

"Certified Wildlife Operator" placed one trap along the fence in our backyard where animal activity was evident. We would check it everyday and he returned to check it about three times over about a 1-month period. The last time being when we noticed an armadillo had been trapped. This cost us $204. To continue the service would cost an additional $75, plus $55 for each animal trapped and taken away. While their services may be competitively priced with other companies, the cost to us is too high.

I am very pleased with the service provided by this company. I had already paid another company a year ago to do exclusion service and attempt to get rid of rats that were in the attic. A few months ago, I noticed that the noises were back so I called A Plus. Matt came out and after spending a good amount of time looking around, showed me several areas that SHOULD have been repaired that were not. After hiring him, he came out and did the exclusion service and set traps. He found several traps in the attic from the previous service with rats still in them!! They never came back to check on them, and had been there for at least a year. Since his service, I have heard no more noise in the attic, the traps have all come back clean for months, and the antimicrobial spray was done. So far, I have no complaints, everything was done professionally and on time, and I have had no more issues. Let's hope it stays this way...

I have been battling a rodent problem since I bought this house 3 1/2 years ago. Initially I spent about $2000 to have the rodents trapped/captured/removed and to have the house sealed to prevent recurrence. The rodents continued to return periodically even though no entrances for them could be found. I used an electronic trap and caught several field mice in the house and attic, but when a rat was caught in the air conditioner/furnace closet I found A Plus Animal Solutions via Angie's List and contracted with them. It was explained to me that the odor in the insulation in the attic was attracting the rodents and would need to be removed and replaced. Although the first company did a good job sealing the house, A Plus did find a couple of possible entrances and sealed those. It took several weeks to assure all rodents had been trapped/removed. Once confirmed the soiled insulation was removed, the antimicrobial treatment was performed and the new insulation was blown into the attic. The majority of the cost was taking care of the insulation. Although my house is located at the far north boundary of their service area, A Plus worked with me to schedule both the removal of the rodents and the insulation work. I consider it an added bonus that this company is veteran owned.

I contacted A Plus in November regarding armadillos that were burrowing in my yard. Chris called me within an hour and made arrangements to place a trap the following week. He managed to trap a total of 2 armadillos - one from the front yard and one from the back. I was very pleased that he caught the critters! However, I wish the terms of the service had been made clear from the start. When Chris set the trap, I assumed (bad, I know) that the trap would be left on my property until the armadillos were caught. However, please be aware that the way the service works, is you pay a flat fee ($138.00 in my case) for the trap to be set. This fee covers a 2-week arrangement. During this time, if an armadillo is captured you are charged $50. for each one that is caught. If the armadillos are not are caught, you are out the initial payment. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

First put traps on roof for Raccoon colony which were entering my roof & living in my attic(s). Sprayed deterrent to keep them from returning. Screened my goosneck fan from the bottom to the top around the mushroom cover for fan. We did not catch any of the raccoon colony (spray must have worked) but did catch the largest Opossum any of us had ever seen, which Evan relocated to a very wooded area where there are no houses. After there was no more activity from the raccoons, the Cleanup, Spraying of Antimicrobial & Replacement Of Insulation began. All of that was done in less than 8 hours we ended up with a nice upgrade to our insulation. Evan is going to keep in touch & spray once more. Evan was very professional, don't know how he put up with me (thank you for understanding, Evan), God bless his heart.

Very prompt and professional

After moving into our new house, we noticed animal noises between the floors of our house. After doing some research, we decided to get an estimate from A+ Animal Solution. Within 5 minutes of meeting them, we knew they were the service for us. Evan, our wildlife specialist, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. When we told him what time of day we were hearing noises and described them as both big and little, he was able to identify that we had both a rodent (rat) and squirrel problem. He secured the attic and garage to make sure there were no entry/exit points. He then laid rat traps in the both the garage and attic. After a few days, he had caught a rat and promptly came and disposed of it, sanitizing the area and refreshing the house. Re re-baited the trap and didn't catch any more. We also didn't hear any small noises in the wee-hours of the morning. If anyone who reads this is buying a new house, I would highly encourage an inspection to secure your home so you don't have any problems. I didn't know this was a service that was offered, until now. Had I known, I could have save some $$$. We did continue to hear larger noises in later in the morning which he identified as squirrel. He inspected the garage and attic again but the entry point eluded all of us. After a week, he did another exterior inspection of the house and noticed that our rolling hurricane panels had a gap that you could see directly into the attic. He was able to put a temporary "patch" to keep the squirrels out. This was successful. When we take the panel down for repair, in a few months, he has offered to come and fix it permanently. On his final visit, he removed all the rat traps and sanitized the attic and garage one more time and bid us farewell. Evan came out to our home about twice a week until our problem was solved. He also encouraged us to call/text him if we had issues before his scheduled visit. He was very sensitive to our schedule and was flexible in his visits. He was nice and was happy to share his knowledge of critters. He even gave myself and tween daughter a little wildlife lesson on Armadillos and Raccoons with some trapped animals he had on his truck. I can't say enough good things about A+ Animal Solutions and would recommend them highly. I hope I never have the need, but considering we live in a wildlife area, I will know who to call when and if the need arises again.

My request for appointment through internet was promptly answered with phone call. Matt came at designated time, provided services as set out. He went over and above to prevent future problems.

Evan came the day I called and removed two snakes and set traps. He is very knowledgeable. He placed new sweeps on my screen doors to help keep the snakes off my porch. Evan has been creative with the traps and has captured several more.

Mike showed up on time, inspected the attic and did all the work needed to trap the rodents and squirrels. He does this in a very humane manner and once the animals were caught, he took them away and released them back into the wild. He then came back several times to reinspect and check trans and also fix areas where animals could get in. He was always prompt and came when he said he would be there. He also signed my mother up with a contract to return monthly to check for further animals.

They were very friendly, prompt, and it didn't take very long to do at all. They are also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and Chris came out to my house the same day I called them about my rat problem. They were very knowledgable and did a very detailed inspection of my house house and found the places the rats were getting in and showed me pictures of places on the roof I could not see. They gave me a fair price of $749.00 to trap the rats close up all holes and then vacuum and spray my attic with a disinfectant to get rid of the rats mess.

Evan has come back 3 times to check the traps and on one occasion found a very large rat in one of them. He will be coming back on Monday to check the traps although it seems there was only the one rat. I am a 67 year old woman living alone, so I am very cautious about whom I allow in my home. In this regard, I am totally confident in using A+ Animal Solutions. Evan and his business partner, Matt are two of the most polite and professional young men I have ever met and thoroughly knowledgeable in their field. They are both Veterans who conduct their business with honesty and integrity and at a fair price. Because I have been afraid to go up in the attic since the noises began, Evan even offered to help me put my Christmas decorations back up in the attic when the rats are all gone! You can't ask for better than that!
