It went great. The technician checked it out and we both agreed it was the drain that was the issue

An FPL transformer was struck by lightning which went on to effect our Florida rental property air conditioner. I called A-Best Air & Heat (after reading all the reviews). They answered the phone immediately and were able to get to our property quickly. They diagnosed it as needing a new capacitor and thermostat. The repairman called and discussed what transpired and told us how much it would cost. We had them complete the work immediately (on the spot). We are so thankful for their promptness and honesty (as we live in OH)! We will definitely use them again and refer to our friends and family. Thank you!!

Excellent service! After I called another A listed company, who told me they would be out in two days, I decided to give A-Best a call and to my surprise they said they would be out the same evening. At this time of year many companies are overloaded with calls. It’s nice to know there is someone dependable who will respond immediately. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem immediately and system was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I am very appreciative that I did not have to spend two days in a hot house waiting for service.

The technician was incredibly thorough. He actually turned the pipe up so I could access it. He also educated me on what to do monthly to prevent an additional buildup of water. when I need a new air conditioner he told me at length what I could expect and what he would do to make sure that all was installed properly, including replacing the floor in the closet where the drain is.

The tech was quick to find the problem and had it fixed fairly fast. Also explained some things about our unit that will be helpful in the future.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived in time and completed the task in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

Quick turn around! Jeremy was great! He was friendly, answered all of our questions, and helped us make an informed decision without any pressure. After he left we did our research and made an easy choice. Our under-sized 12 year old A/C was running non-stop and barely able to keep up. Jeremy first quoted us for cleaning the coils and what it would cost if there were freon leaks. Our system used the expensive (and not environmental friendly) old freon. Even after cleaning the coils there was still a risk of having greater issues and leaks. It made more sense to replace our aging unit for something efficient, rather dumping a lot of money to keep our old AC alive. The installation comes with a 10 year warranty! Peace of mind. Looking forward to seeing the impact on our electric bill in the coming months.

He arrived at my home within the time promised, inspected the unit and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix the problem. The work was done in a timely fashion. Yes I will call them again, should my air conditioner have another problem.

I arrived home from work on a Monday night around 5:30pm to discover my 14 year old AC was out. A-Best Air and Head had a technician at my house in 30 minutes. I had a new, and much improved, AC system installed by Wed. The work was done professionally and they took care of the details that separates a company collecting a paycheck and a company that takes pride in their work. I am happy with the customer service, work ethic, and professional competency of this company and I can recommend them with confidence

Cory and Ashley were awesome! I got home from a long day at work to find my AC was not working. I immediately called A-Best Air & Heat and they were at my house within 15 minutes. Cory was awesome!! I really liked the professionalism of the guy that came, (Cory) he was very efficiant and gave my me some tips on how to keep my AC in tip top shape! also he was clean and didn't talk about other stuff stuck with what he had to do, very professional, I felt very comfortable with Cory, also, whenever i called a REAL person actually picked up the phone I didn't have to leave message they maybe or maybe not call me back! ABEST picked up right away, ALSO thanked me for using them, the day after I got a phone call just to check on if i was "satisfied" I wish more companies were as ON TOP of things and make customers really feel like THEY are working for US. not them doing us favors for showing up.

Corey was the guy that came to do the service and he was great. He communicated well with me by explaining what needed to be done. They had a cancellation and they called me to let me know they were able to come earlier which also was a plus.

Everything was fine except 1 part needed to be replaced, The technical described what may happen if it wasn't replaced, The capacitor was weak and need to be changed. I did feel the part was expensive based on searching for the prices however, the service done was great.

I just moved into a new house a week ago. While doing laundry I discovered my vent was clogged. There was water running out of the vent! A Best sent someone out the next day to clean the vent. I couldn't be happier with their service!

We purchased a new Rheem 15 seer, 3 ton Heat Pump system. The entire system including air handler and pad was delivered within 2 days of contract signing and installed in one day. The technicians were efficient, courteous and professional. This system is much more effective at cooling our home than previous unit. We are very satisfied with the entire process and everyone at A-Best Air and Heat.

If I could give 10 STARS I would! We had only been in our new house for 5 days and noticed the blower wasn't shutting off on our AC. I called A-Best and within 2 hours a tech visited diagnosed the problem (Blower Motor), ordered the part and the next day if was fixed! The Tech (Corbin) was very respectful to our property taking care not to soil or disrupt the area being serviced. A perfect experience! Do not hesitate to call A-Best you will not be disappointed!

I had my winter check-up service done by Richard. He did an awesome job and was genuinely happy not to find anything wrong. Looking forward to next time.

Richard was great and on time. We signed up with a year commitment. This will be our second year with this company.
