I called on Monday February 16th and Jeff answered the phone on the first ring. I had left a message at another tree service. Jeff was at my house an hour and 1/2 later and gave me a quote on trimming 4 oaks and one tree next to my house. It was a little higher than I had expected but I used the Angie's list coupon and he really seemed to know what he was doing so I told him to do the job. He said he could probably get it done on Wednesday and Thursday. He showed up on Wednesday and I came home to beautifully trimmed trees and absolutely no mess left behind. I will use this service in the future for all my yard needs.

Jeff and his crew arrived a few minutes early and trimmed 6 palms and 3 laurel oaks for $600.00. Jeff and I had good communication; all work was accomplished to my specifications in a very professional and efficient manner. Potted plants were moved and replaced; all debris taken care off. Mr. Yox dropped by last week after we spoke on the phone concerning removal of a large thorny tree in our front yard. He quoted a price that was satisfactory and scheduled the work for today. He and his employee arrived at approx. 1:00 pm and immediately began work. We had discussed possible issues concerning the proximity to our septic and drain field and without having to mention my concern again, he had already determined the best path for his heavy equipment to approach. By 1:45pm the tree had been removed, and the hole filled and leveled. By 2:00pm the was tree loaded into his truck and all debris removed including any leaves in the street. No drama, no stress, just professionalism at work.

A Advance showed up as requested and in half a day had trimmed huge tree over my house and hauled all cuttings off. They took special care to make sure the tree didn't look strange after a significant trim.

Jeff was great.....polite, informed, professional!! Answered phone when I first contacted service and came out that day for free estimate on job. Set up appointment for next day, showed up and completed all in one visit. Cleaned up all debris and hauled away. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Jeff the owner is a great guy. He explained to us all about mistletoe( it is a parasite ) and did his best not to cut down our tree. He told us it may recover but we need to watch it. His crew were very professional. The price was $1200.00. Jeff honored the 10% off coupon. So the cost was $1080 :-) I would not hesitate to use him again. He really knows about trees and told us, if we had any future questions to please call him. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE A+
