TK Cabinets

They drilled the holes in the counter top wrong. They had my new faucet to measure by. The spayer would get tangled up with the faucet . I called them back and after several times got one of them. They came out and said they couldn't move it any further. The owner said he would have to buy me a ne faucet. I also showed them where they left a gapping hole in the bottom of my cabinets because the cabinets didn't fit right. He left and said he would talk to the owner. I tried to call them for 2 weeks and no answer and no returned call. I finally got in tough with the owner. I told him that the rep said he would by a new faucet, when was he coming. He said he said no such thing. I told him his rep told me that. He said he would talk to him and call me the next day. I haven't heard back from him for 2 weeks. I finally bought another faucet and I have ordered a peace to fix the cabinet. I will never use them again nor do I recommend them to anyone.

They bailed me out when an unlicensed cabinet maker dropped the work - and who did a horrible job. I was at a cancer facility for 8 weeks when I found out I wouldn't have a kitchen when I got home mid-November. TK Cabinets came to my rescue and I was so grateful. The only problem I had was a misunderstanding on some extra work I wanted done. They didn't build the cabinets with two pullout shelves and didn't put a shelf in my over-the-kitchen sink cabinet. They never came back to finish the job. They did come back a few times to fix a couple things that went wrong with the initial installation but it took a long time for them to get around to it.

TK cabinets built cabinets for our new home. Their pricing was very good, and we saw some of their work before we chose them to do our cabinets. The quality of work is excellent! We are very pleased! We did have some communcation issues, poor follow-up on phone calls and emails, Because we always followed any conversation with an email to confirm what was to be done, we had written documentation when any issues came up. They used to have a manager that was pretty poor at getting things correct and didn't follow up well, but the company was honest in fixing the errors. I've heard that this manager was recently let go, so customer service should improve. There were some delays on getting some final touch up work completed, but quality of the work is so good and our cabinets are so beautiful that I have to say that overall I'm pleased with the results, and everyone comments on how beautiful our cabinets are. . . it's one of the first things they notice when friends come to the house.

It was smooth. We are out of state. Shawn kept in touch with us to let us know what was happening. Great job. Nice people!
