Coquina house, 25 years old, needed evaluation and repair, if possible. Owen drove outside his normal service area to investigate and provided superior evaluation and reasonable estimate. We had an immediate rapport with him and trusted his judgement based on his extensive experience with this type of repair. Coquina covering is not available anymore due to lack of shell but Owen came up with a plan that made the our home look like it was new. When an issue came up after the initial job, he returned and came up with a plan to fix the issue. He's personable, knowledgeable in his craft and we would hire him again anytime. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Professional and competent, Owen and his right hand man Josh repaired and corrected the failed stucco on the front of my house that had originally been installed incorrectly. After analyzing my situation, he advised me on the best way to move forward with little to no additional cost (and $0 money to him). He had my best interest in mind and not his pocketbook. He then proceeded to do some cleanup that a previous sub had left behind. Owen did all this for no charge and only good will. He will always be my go-to-person for stucco and shell dash repairs. Owen and his crew were great. I'm out of state and got a handful of quotes from contractors. I provided Owen with the first quote and he added in several other things and charged me slightly less than the first guy wanted to. He was easy to talk to and assured me that he would get down to the root of bulging, cracking stucco around both sides of the back patio cover, a leak inside the kitchen window close to the right side of the back patio and 3 feet of stucco that was cracking up off the foundation throughout two panels on the right side of the house. He sent me pictures everyday of the progress and explained the issues he found. I saw the before and after pics day by day the job was getting done and despite not being there I could tell that all the work done was really A+. I would not hesitate to recommend Owen or hire him again in the future. He did everything he said he would and some more.
