Mike Tripp Construction Co Inc

After obtaining appropximate pricing from several different local builders with a house plan which was approximately what we wanted, we found that the cost exceeded our budget. Mike had some excellent suggestions to reduce cost. Other contractors pretty much shut us down ("you just need to find another house plan", we were told), but Mike was very patient and worked with us. In the end we did choose another house plan that Mike agreed he could work with in our price range. and stay in our price range. He and his wife Deedy are wonderful, honest people, and the house was build above minimum specs (better framing materials, more nails), even the building inspector was impressed. When we had issues with a subcontractor Mike intervened and allowed us to make a change with one of the subcontractors. We now have a beautiful, energy efficient home (our electric bills are SO small) that we are very proud of. Thank you, Mike and all your workers . . . we are SO happy with our new home!
