Description of Work: We've yet to see whether or not the service was adequate as it will take time to determine whether or not the pest control itself is effective. The serviceman did not seem as knowledgeable as I had hoped he would be and the pest control that was applied has not been helpful in the past. It was the same used by a previous company that we stopped using because we were disappointed. Time will tell.

+ -1 moreThey come once a year, but will also come in between appointments if needed at no additional charge. They come pretty quickly if you have a problem, I request that they come out twice and they never gave me any trouble about it.
