Description of Work: I can't remember the date, but it was for a leaky toilet pipe under the house. They were supposed to clean up the mess, and repair the pipe. hey wanted us to clean up the mess. My mom is 88 years old, and I am 67 and have cancer. They also put us off as to when they could complete the service, leaving us with no water for a while. We just decided to check out your site, and the rest is history. | |

 + -1 moreWe just moved into a house that had been vacant for quite a while. We called on Monday. Since this was not an emergency, they said they would be there the next day. They took care of all the issues on Tuesday except the water heater which we decided to replace rather than repair. They did not have a water heater in stock, but replaced the water heater on Wednesday. They were quick and professional. I could have paid a lot less if I had done the work myself, but considering the speed and quality of the work I consider the price fair.

We used Angie's list for the first time, to find this company from the 3 or 4 listed as we don't know the area that well. They only had one review, but the professional and courteous attitude on the telephone was what sealed the deal. The office sent David who called in advance to let us know he was one job away which allowed us time to get organized. David provided a totally honest, professional and excellent service. His advice on future maintenance was great and we all felt that Doctor Rooter was our best choice and will certainly recommend them.We will definitely be putting them in our book of reliable, professional and courteous service providers and contractors!
