Description of Work: They diagnosed and fixed my Dell Laptop. They put in a new battery, and replaced a cracked chip on the motherboard.

Description of Work: I have used the services of this computer shop numerous times in the past few years. They have repaired several computers for this family and installed operating systems and done maintenance. We have been happy with their services. I have read several negative reviews online but I don't have any negative experiences to report. Don't know why those people are disgruntled. Computer repair is fairly expensive but this shop seems to be competitive and don't feel they are more so than anyone. I had one computer, basically a 'lemon', and the guys in this shop were the ONLY ones that could keep it running. Was unsuccesful elsewhere.
