Description of Work: Without getting too lengthy an explanation I gave this service provider an A because they went above and beyond to fix my problem. We had very low water pressure in the house but closest to the source we had high water pressure. The plumber knew exactly what to look for and shared that information with me. Apparently when new water appliances are purchased today they have water restrictors installed in them which lessen the volume of water that can be used. Our new energy efficient smart water heater had restrictors on both the cold water in-side and the hot water out-side on the tank. Removing them was no small task considering the location of the tank. It took a total of 3 hours to remedy the problem by removing all the restrictors in all the water using appliances within our home. What else could I ask for? They arrived on time, fixed the problem and charged me a fair price and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, relatives and neighbors. |Gary in Palatka, FL

Description of Work: JW arrived on time and initially there was a little confusion as to what work was to be done(not his fault). After a brief conversation he went and got the materials he needed and did an excellent job for what I think was a fair price. I will use Bellamy Plumbing again for my future needs.

 + 0 moreThe men were very polite. They were pleasant and didn't complain about the heat, hours, etc. just started working and finished the job. They arrived the next day each time I called them. They are busy, so usually they answer calls and return calls first thing in the morning. When I have recommended them to locals, I usually hear, and quot;Oh yes, the Bellamy's are great. I would call them.and quot; I am so glad I found them on Angie's List!
Description of Work: This was a recheck for the alarm on our septic system. They had replaced the pump and we are waiting on a audible alarm replacement. Everything works great, the plumber and helper were polite and helpful.

 + -1 moreHere's how it went: It took 3 contact attempts to get a return call the first time. Then I was told they would contact me the same day to schedule the appt. No contact. I tried again and was promised a return call the next day, which did occur. Scheduled the eval and service, rep did arrive on time, did inspection, and gave me estimate for repair. I accepted estimate and then was told and quot;well I need to order the part so I can't do it today.and quot; I asked to schedule for the same week (it was Wednesday) but was told they were heading out of town for the weekend and they would call me to reschedule as soon as they returned. That was literally a month ago and I haven't heard a word. At least they didn't charge me for the inspection visit.
Description of Work: Let me preface this review by saying it really saddens me to have to write it. I prefer to support local business and I really debated whether I should write an unfavorable review or none at all.

 + -1 moreInstead of suggesting a leak detection service, they said they would drill holes in the floor until they found the repair. Good thing I hired a leak detection company, because the leak wasn't in the floor, it was in the wall. They didn't show up when they said they would and weren't the best in communication. I think the job was completed satisfactorily as I don't see evidence of a leak.
