"This company was amazing. After often having trouble finding a good contractor that finishes this was them. Dominick came to our home and walked us through the entire process. He came back a few times with design options for us. We found what we wanted. He then assigned Brian to be the frontman to our project. I got calls daily and nightly about the operations and next days plan. Brian also stopped by twice daily. The crews were great and even my neighbors were pleased with how neat, clean and polite they were. No messes ever left behind. At then end, the price was what it was agreed to be, no surprises, the pool as good if not better then we expected and no problems at all."

"Beware! Dishonest and Unreliable Pool Repair Contractor! If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired this company in early January 2025, paying a large deposit to them on January 6th, with the promise that my pool and deck repair would be completed by mid-February. Not only did they fail to show up, but they also went completely silent for nearly the entire month of February. No updates, no communication?nothing. Then, on February 26th, out of the blue, they finally reached out?not to apologize or offer an explanation, but to try to start two days later on Friday February 28th, but only if I paid them more money before they would begin the job! It seemed to me like a desperate last-minute money grab attempt. To make matters worse, they tried to tack on an additional credit card fee even though their salesperson had assured me this fee would be waived upon request when I signed the proposal. At this point, I was already suspicious, but things got even worse when I did some digging."

"Trevenzoli Pool Services changed two drains in our pool, installed new tiles in the pool and spa, built a sun shelf, and provided the diamond brite. The company did a decent job on the pool-my main complaint with the job was that they work a little sloppy (leaving out supplies, tracking in mud, not closing door, etc). After the pool was completed, of course we paid him in full. Thats where things changed...we found that there was some construction glue on some new tiles and after numerous phone calls/messages/emails to the owner, Gabriel, he finally answered me by text message only to answer my question as to whether I could scrap on new tiles. A few more weeks went by and we noticed our pool was leaking somewhere. We contacted Gabriele by phone, text, email, and after SEVERAL DAYS AND SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, he finally responded by text only (again). He sent someone to look at the leak, and he did find a leak. We were told the main drain pipe was leaking, below the main drain cap, which they did replace. They told me they capped the main drain and not to use it. I asked him who will fix the leak and he said it wasn't their responsibility-all they did was replace the main drain cap. So our pool never leaked before it was remodeled, and once they remodeled it and changed the drain, it leaked and they won't fix it. Now I have to seek legal action because we do not have a five year warranty. I wanted to share my experience with this pool company. The owner is nice while you owe him money but once he messes up your pool, he wont fix it."
