Robert's Pools

So far they've been an excellent company to work with. They may be replacing a pool liner in the spring but we are not ready for it yet and they say we are not ready for it yet. We get most of our supplies from them and they have repaired our pump motor and thins like that and they've always been very responsive to us. They have the whole map of our pool and the whole thing so when they come to do anything, they always check. If you ask them about something that your concerned about be it the motor, the pump, the liner, whatever, they always check and if you don't need it, they don't sell it to you. They are a small company.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience with a contractor. The son of the owner came out and visited with us first and then tool us around to look at some of their finished work and to talk to neighbors that had pools installed by the company. Once we made a decision to buy a pool the crew showed up on time and did not waste any time on the construction phase of the pool. In fact it really surprised me how quickly and efficiently the pool was completed. In addition to getting the pool installed Robert's pools made arrangements with an irrigation company and a sod company to repair the lawn after construction. During the sod installation we had a bit of a problem with the contractor as the work this contractor performed did not meet my expectations and Robert's Pools came to the rescue and put pressure on the contractor to come back and make corrections that did finally meet my expectations. I could go on and on regarding Robert's Pools but I want the reader of this review to understand a few points..... This is a family business and they are very focused with installing pools in the Pace/Milton area of Florida. As a family business their reputation rests on doing quality work and service after the sale and these folks will go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers not only during the construction of the pool but personal service after the sale. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Robert's Pools for anyone wanting a quality, in ground swimming pool in the Pace/Milton Florida area. If you choose them for the work you'll be happy with the work they do before, during and after construction.

I have called these people twice concerning repairs to my pool. While I have not used them, they were either too busy or didn't do that kind of work, they were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. I will not hesitate to call them in the future.

We couldn't be happier with the results. The service that Roberts Pools provided was incredible. They are such honest business people, and truly take pride in their work. The project was completed on time, and done from start to finish in 10 days. What I loved about Roberts Pools was that they do only one pool per week from start to finish, that way you don't end up with a hole in your back yard for a month that they work on when they get a chance. The pool took one week, and the enclosure took less than a week. The pool builders and enclosure builders (two seperate crews), were all so courteous and friendly. They did their best not to cause too big of a disturbance in our neighborhood. They also guaranteed their work, and didn't try to stick in hidden or extra fees in the contract. They were the only pool builders we spoke to, who didn't have an and quot;iron rockand quot; or and quot;ground waterand quot; clause in the contract. Robert said he's been building pools for 25 years, and can usually tell where he will find those things, however he assured me that if he did find anything like that, it would not cost anything extra, and he would take care of it. He assured me that the estimate he gave me would remain the cost I would pay, as long as I didn't add any extras to the job (which I didn't). Roberts Pools is such a great company, and uses the same people for every job. Robert, Sr. will most likely come out and give you your free estimate, and draw up the contract, his son Ryan will build the pool, and Robert, Jr. provides excellent service for whatever you need in the office. He and his crew will test your water, and is always just a phone call away for whatever you need after your pool is installed. This company won't nickel and dime you to death. They don't need to, because they are plenty busy as it is. We liked them so much, that we chose to wait an extra 5-6 weeks to put in our pool, becasue that was the soonest opening they had... and they were worth the wait. Couldn't be happier with the results, and the service they provided afterwards. You won't be disappointed, I promise you!!!
