I had hired someone before to do a backsplash in my kitchen and there were holes in my drywall and damage beyond where it should have been. Mickey from MCC called back right away when I put in my request, and came out a couple days later to fix what the previous company had done. Even on the phone, he put me at ease about being able to fix any issues there would be with my kitchen.

Contractor did exactly what he said he would do for the price and in the time frame he said he could do the job. If you have lived in Pensacola for any length of time and dealt with any companies in the service industry you would know that MCC Tile's performance is the exception not the rule. Highly recommended!!

These guys were great! The respond to calls/inquiries in a timely manner. They put in a very competitive bid and ended up spending more time on the project than anticipated, but insisted on keeping the original price. Quality of install was superb and both workers had a great attitude. I would easily hire them again and highly recommend to anyone for flooring projects.

I earlier wrote a poor report due to what seemed like a no show. When contractor called me we discovered that we had a severe miscommunication between us. Mr. Courtney immediately went into action the very same day to rectify our joint miscommunication. He went above and beyond get the job done expeditiously and professionally. I would most definitely utilize MCC and Mr. Courtney for any tile job that I had! Thank you.

They did good work, but they did not clean up well.

Grout lines are straight floor is level. Mickey is an outstanding, professional and most importantly very fair and ethical. Customer Service qualities are outstanding. Communication very easy to talk to, he is very open minded and respectful. Couldn't ask for a better combination of characteristics in a Tile Setter. I will definitely recommend.

Contractor returned my call promptly and showed up when he said he would. He was friendly, professional and did excellent work. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends.
