We were extremely nervous about having our bathroom remodel done. This company was an unknown to us and their quote seemed wildly expensive. We were willing to pay for what we were told would be an easy process, quality assurance, and full warranty on the work. Jimmy and Kyle were our main installers â ¦they arrived with smiles on their faces and in it to win it every day of the process. They were kind, accommodating, and very understanding of our nervousness. I appreciate their willingness to fully communicate as adjustment decisions were made along the way. The end result of our shower install is as lovely and functional as what we always imagined. If it holds up as promised, we have zero regrets about the splurge.

April was our coordinator which kept us abreast of our scheduled appointment and was friendly and professional. Brandon was our sales representative, which was punctual, friendly, and very informative. We were pretty set on our design and product, but he opened our eyes with options, which fit better for our needs and pocket. We'll be repeat customers when the comes for future projects.

The customer service representative was amazing. He had us comfortable and ready to go from the start but, he made sure that we understood every step. As we waited for the windows due to bacligs they were willing to listen to my impatience. Definitely worth every nickel. The installers were knowledgeable as well making it a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I couldn't be happier. This sunroom is the best quality and they have a warranty on their work. I was just telling my friend if another hurricane comes it would be the best place to be as it is most sound and safe part of the house.

I was very pleased with the work they did replacing an old Jacuzzi tub with a large beautiful handicapped ready shower. They were quick and here when they said. More than being quick, they did an excellent job. Their communication through all phases was excellent. They also have great followup. I will use them again! I had a lot going on when the work was done, but I appreciate them working with me through a that difficult time. Thank you!

This company does some of the best work I have ever seen.

I had a small leak around the door (putty). They were quickly to fix.

Clear explanation of the details of the job. Were open to my desires of the project. Completely satisfied with their work and service.

Always came when they said and if they could not come would always call to let us know.

The sun room door was improperly installed. Eventually, we got it re-done the proper way, which left some cosmetic issues. The door frame was poorly patched at a dead bolt and door lock strike plate. Time will tell how strong it really is.

After completion of the job and the company received payment from the finance company, I noticed issues with my rain gutter. I've called and left several messages and no return call. So those guarantees they say they have, they probably don't like using them
