Joe was amazing. He got my husband the exact system he wanted and made his vision for how he wanted it installed come true. The customer service and work ethic was top notch. If you get a quote from anyone, make sure you get one from Joe at CoolHeatGuys. He is not a hardcore sells guy, he is the installer. He worked hard to get this one installed. He truly does want to see his customers happy. Very honest at a very good price. My daughter has dreaded this for months but this morning she is still yeehiiing. She loves her new system. The only way you can tell Joe was there is the shiny system he installed. Joe upgraded this one and it actually works like an AC is suppose to.
