The project was top notch.

Very professional from the initial phone call through the end of the project. Jeff was very thorough and answered all the questions I had and some I did not think of but were very important. I appreciate his bringing some of the materials with him that would be used. The person who installed the awning, Derrick, was very professional and thorough. He brought everything he needed to do his job and kept the yard/work site clean. He also answered our questions. When he was done it looked as if the awning had been there all along and there was no damage or trash left behind. I spoke with someone from three different companies and set an appointment for an estimate. Coastal was the only one who kept the appointment. Not only did the other two not come as scheduled, they did not even grant me the courtesy of a phone call. This made my final decision to hire Coastal that much easier. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Wow from the beginning. Jeff answered my call right away for giving me an estimate for my project. Due to COVID and supplies for other jobs, they were able to squeeze me in fast since my job was only a day’s work. George and the other gentlemen were here promptly when they said they were going to be here and got straight to work. The cost was what I was expecting for the job, the professionalism was great, and I would recommend Coastal Aluminum Structures to anyone who asks. Great job all.

Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a very competitive quote and assured the work was done to my satisfaction. I had a 26' x 6' and a 26' x 4' aluminum roof over my front & back decks. The installers, Marcel & George, are master craftsmen working with aluminum. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and their craftsmen. I would highly recommend them!

An incomplete install never capped the gutters. Called multiple times for them to come out and finish the job. After waiting months and being blown off, I had to finish the job for them. Also, I requested the center beam so I could get a fan installed. They installed the center panel with no center beam. I cannot install a fan now. I have been waiting since March for a bill so I can pay them, Jeff said he would send it, finally got a text from HomeAdvisor to pay, only took 4 months. I would not recommend this company, did not get the product I requested nor did they complete the work. Ridiculous how many times I called, was told someone would come out to finish and no one showed. His excuse was they had more important jobs. What a horrible experience this has all been.

Quality of work was fair did not want to repair leaks

This is an update. After waiting months for them to return to do caulking and stop leaks on our new patio cover, they asked for the remainder of the payment. Low and behold it's raining heavy and the finished patio cover is leaking everywhere again. I took photos of it all once again and I feel like a fool. Please don't hire them. We have now spent $7,190.00 on a patio that is useless. Water is now affecting our new hardwood flooring at door threshold and it's just a disaster. After tears about it all, I guess we will be in court over this. We now know it will be torn down and redone at great expense to us. No warranty was given to us and we were never shown our permit they said they pulled. They are dishonest thieves to me.

Absolutely love the work, was completed over 2 days due to inclement weather. Will be hiring them again in the future to complete a screened in patio.

The contractors were great except for the concrete guys that left 2 piles of cement in the yard, left the skirting on the trailer bent in and concrete splashed up on the skirting poles. CAS promised to return the next day to fix the list of items that needed to be corrected. Six weeks, 3 phone calls and 4 E-mails later, no one has shown up. The voice message box is full, E-mails go unanswered, and no one has called. They also owe me $200.00 that I overpaid them that I can't get them to return. That is a lot of money for elderly, disabled people on a fixed income. They had a shower door that was to be installed and the overpayment money could have gone toward that, so I didn't rewrite the check .. which I paid "IN FULL" ( I had been warned to never pay in full until the job is done, but I had faith in this company -- I guess I was wrong). I had other jobs that needed to be done, so I took care of that myself rather than hiring Coastal Aluminum Structures to do it for me. It all started out so good, then I began to see a progression of promising to be here at certain times and waited -- and no one would show up or call for days - or I had to call them again to get action. I have to admit, the carport, wheelchair ramp and deck, and bathroom remodel was all done with perfection, and we are thrilled with them.
